STACK SCAM Bio metric data harvesting extortion in…

Bio metric data harvesting extortion in exchange for your money. Couldn't access MY MONEY from my account (etransfered from my bank account) in 2022 and MAY 2022 received an email stating that i upload my govt id and photo of my self to a third party private company located in the US or my 1200 is gone. EXTORTION. I told them my private biometric data is not for sale, and they told me to call, verified me over the phone, told them to etransfer it back to my original account that is tied to the email address of the account, said they couldn't, and wouldn't as i had to contact my bank for that. Called my bank, hours later, security team flagged STACK as what they were saying was not true. They have to return the money. So called SCAM again, and they verified me over the phone, then said the only way they could verify me was if i uploaded my photo unto the 3 party website to verify me, said you have already verified me and had this account for years- is this a phishing scheme / a scam? Still fighting them, said to close the account and return my money. They finally said they closed the account but kept saying to call to get verified. They people in a chokehold so you have to give up your biometric data - this not the govt but a PRIVATE FOR PROFIT COMPANY IN the US, so you're sending your govt ID and facial ID to the US so then they will release YOUR MONEY. If this is not the definition of extortion and a scam, not sure what is. AVOID this company and report them. 1. Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre: Report fraud and cybercrime Toll free: 1-888-495-8501

Horrible Experience!!!!

I am disappointed by the service I received from STACK. They charged my account random small amounts of money under "other" fee without any explanation and they also charged me account maintenance fee of $7.99 even though they said it is a no fee bank when I signed up. And you can not withdraw or send money via e-transfer, making it really difficult to move your money around. You can receive an e-transfer but they will charge you a fee of $0.99 to request and get an e-transfer.

SCAM COMPANY

He will tell you in the beginning that everything is free, no monthly fees and no bill payments. Wait until you load a lot of funds one day and he freezes your account and then tells you that the account is closed and they will refund your funds. But the truth is, you don't get your funds, they defraud a lot of people for a lot of money.

Nightmare

Nightmare. Tried to buy something on mercado libre, the payment didn't go through. The $1200 CAD is saying pending on stack and stack is saying mercado libre is holding my money. Mercado libre is saying stack has my money. Stack hasn't been very helpful and now they have my money for 15 days and I have to wait to get it back.
