The entire onboarding to monetary process was pretty straight forward. I am excited to see how this journey shapes up.

Simplest onboarding and 1st investment in the market. The onboarding was quick and easy, the payment process to fund my wallet and make my investment was perfect, pay directly from my debit card (transaction fee paid by getstake) or fund my wallet, not wait time for a bank to bank transfer, no need to copy account numbers etc. Customer service was on mark with a very supportive. Hope this is maintained.

The service employees who communicate with us are wonderful, interested and quick, but I personally face a problem with my suffering because there is a gap between me and the decision makers in the Board of Directors, as I have previously sent three emails in which I suggest building a bridge of practical assistance in any way and when it develops your company’s work programmes. Which would take it to new heights that would expand the customer base, increase sales volume, and increase profit returns. What bothers me about the matter is that I did not receive any kind of response, whether it was an apology for not working as such, or a request for more clarifications that indicate interest and seriousness.

it was quick. Although it didn't allow me to invest my 200 AED reward money, I had to deposit 300 AED more to cater to the minimum investment amount 500 AED policy.

The ability to stay constantly informed and receive immediate updates, whether through the application or via email, enhances the sense of attention demonstrated by the team working on this platform. This approach facilitates the investment decision-making process, thereby boosting confidence in both the platform and the team behind it.

The Stake real estate platform is easy to navigate and I was able to make my initial investments successfully. In addition to that, I am very happy with the minimum investment being 500AED. This has given a first time investor like me, an opportunity to learn and grow my wealth in investment simultaneously. So far I have already received my dividends after a month. For that, I am glad to be a member of the Stake real estate investment community.

Pros:

Stake is a regulated platform by DIFC, which makes it a reliable option for investors.

The platform offers a user-friendly interface that allows investors to invest in real estate online with ease.

Stake provides detailed information about each real estate opportunity, including a valuation, making it easier for investors to make informed decisions.

The platform offers access to many opportunities in the Emirates and soon in Saudi Arabia and hopefully other countries with strong economies in the future.

Cons:

Stake’s acquisition fee of 1.5% is on the higher side, which could be a concern for some investors. It would be ideal if the fee was reduced to 1% to increase the rate of return for investors, especially since Stake is selling many units every week.

It is unclear if Stake is managing the property by their own management team or if they are outsourcing the property management. If Stake is managing the property by their own team, they should show their management team’s expertise and track record of successful management experience. If Stake is outsourcing the property management, they should mention the name of the property manager for added transparency.

Stake should also mention the fees taken for managing the properties, as the difference between gross and net yields is around 14%. Investors have the right to know what those charges are.

Regarding the annulised return, it is unclear how it is calculated. If you add projected net yield and projected appreciation, you still don’t get the annulised return. Stake should provide more clarity on how they calculate the annulised return, including whether it is expected or projected.

I just started investing on Stake, but I believe it is a trusted and reliable platform for inverstors to invest in real estate. There is no need to have large amounts of cash available, I believe the smalled investments start at 500 AED. The expected return on investments is in the 10% range, much higher than savings account interest and a very good value given it's a passive income. I will review again once I've been with Stake for a few months or a year to see how it's going.
