Order time and ship time too long charge me for three when I purchased one not starting good

Have not gotten an item yet made order on 5–12 they messed up my order charged me for three when I purchased one. I received my tracking information on 5–19. They assured me I would get extra 15 days to test because of shipping time and that they would refund me my money on the product if it did not work and refund me the money on the two they charged me for if I keep the one that does work hopefully they keep their word so from my experience has been a bit shaky and I have a lot of money floating out there times are tight. I did this to save money and hopefully I don’t get scammed out of it. That is just my personal opinion at this time we will see they respond quickly to emails, but don’t help much. 2 stars only just because they responded to the emails quickly like I said not much help with answers.

Smooth checkout, but all the bonuses should be at consumers discretion with a button to see bonuses on their own, not force you to look at all of them with tiny writing at the bottom to say no thanks

The one negative with this ordering…


The one negative with this ordering process was that well just wanted to order the first product, I had to scroll through and refused about five other offers. When I went to check out, the last offer was automatically checked, and because I didn’t uncheck it I was charged for a radar detector that I really didn’t want. There was no way to go back and remove that from my order.

This is the second contact with a real person on the phone. I needed to return a large portion of my merchandise order. The support representative assured me that instructions would be forthcoming via email. The email contained no return information but did offer to refund 25% of my purchase price and I can keep the items. Wanted 4 items, received 16 items. How come I feel ripped off by this supposedly reputable company? William Lindsay 🤐

When ordering i accidentally pressed…

When ordering i accidentally pressed the button and added the air pump and radar detector. I immediately contacted support and they said they were checking in on it. They waited till they said the package had shipped and then informed me that they couldn't stop it and told me to try them and if your still not satisfied with them then return them. Other than that. Great experience with customer service. I really think you should make the ordering process better. I should have been able to approve the items right before Checkout instead of having to deal with coustomer service.

I accidentally ordered things I didn't want and immediately called customer support. I only had to wait about 1 minute before a real person got on the phone. They were polite and efficient and fixed my order without question or upselling. It was a great experience.

Absolutely a scam never been on dragons den 30 day try no quibble guarantee id rather lose my 60.00 and show this company as a scam try for thirty days but will only except sealed unused products for return how do you try it then ?
My dealership said if I fitted it warranty for car would be void so never opened still arguing a refund offered 25% that’s not a full refund
