If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would !!!! It is supposed to to be a luxury product website.I ordered a phone strap a AirPod cord and a AirPods case cost approximately £70
On arrival the AirPods case was too small so I contacted them straight away for an exchange . Was told I would have to pay £20 for return of the case which only cost me £17
They have since ignored all my emails I will never buy from them again and will ad everyone else to be very careful what you order as there is no customer service from this company !!!!😡😡😡

Be aware!
I ordered a strap for air pods, paid for overpriced item, shipping and paid tax. Two months later I received an invoice from FedEx for an additional $15.54 for duty fees because the product was made outside the US. I wouldn’t have purchased the product if I had known.

Based in England, so you pay the customs charge according to FedEx

This is an awful company! They have a local address, but they are really from Great Britain and you can’t get in touch with them. I ordered a chain handle for my phone and received it in September and I paid in full for it. Then I get a bill from FedEx for $30 because I had to pay the customs fee. This is outrageous because this company should be responsible for paying the damn custom fees and it should be included in the purchase price. I have yet to hear from this company. I paid FedEx the $30 because they were sending me to a collection agency, I already wrote a scathing review on them because they are an incompetent company instead of collecting money from the person sending the product they charge the person receiving the product which is totally nonsensical and outrageous. But I’m really pissed at this company because it’s false advertising to pretend they are in Miami when actually they’re in England and they don’t pay for the customs they expect you to pay for the customs I would not buy another thing from them ever again!

Came missing parts - refused to refund

Ordered a pair of the sunglasses necklasses and came without the attachments to strap in the sunglasses…(!)

After a month of back and forth… Stefan refuses to refund the product. Completed waste of time and effort

Order lost in postal system. No response from customer services

Original 1 (one star review)

Order was despatched by DHL and received in the UK by Royal Mail and seems to have got as far as local delivery office but all has gone quiet since Monday 23rd June. (Now Friday 27th).

Have reached out to Tapper both by email (responded to order confirmation email as it requests) and directly to the info@ email address.

Have received no reply.

Updated 5 (five star) review

After admittedly several attempts to contact customer services got a reply from Stefan, who was very understanding and arranged a replacement strap that was despatched the same day. This has safely arrived today (July 4th).

Don’t deliver, ignore then block you on social media!

They didn’t deliver the item, I emailed customer service and they replied once but then ignored..I messaged on instagram (on posts as they ignored DMs) they deleted the comments…then when I commented again, they blocked me…DIRE. Don’t order from this company, never known anything like it.

Spent 23 EUR on express shipping for nothing

I keep dropping airpods, so I ordered Tapper for my upcoming flight. It said orders made by 11am will be shipped the same day. It was already 2pm so I expected my order to ship the next day, which would allow it to arrive in time with DHL 1-2 day shipping. I paid 23 EUR for express shipping, but my order still hasn't shipped (2 days after). I just threw away 23 EUR and I'll be traveling without the cord. Hope it arrives at all.
