A very happy customer

This is the second time I have used Get Tested and their customer service has been excellent.
I ordered some tests, then decided I wanted them to arrive sooner than the standard delivery service. It was too late to change that order, so I ordered again and customer service were quick to send me a return label for the later package so I could receive a refund. Unfortunately Royal Mail never delivered the parcel (not Get Tested's fault). Customer service arranged for a refund despite not having the package back.
I have always found their test instructions easy to follow and everything needed is provided.
I am so glad I can order private tests to suit me as the NHS just doesn't have the funding to allow for these extra tests. Thank you Get Tested !

Great experience

I purchased a blood kit from Get Tested for my daughter, who then changed her mind.
I contacted the company this morning regarding returning my purchase and received a refund with 2 hours.
I highly recommend this company, the kits available are broad and relevant. The kit arrived well within the anticipated delivery date, and the return was handled professionally and politely with 0 fuss.

Great service

I’m dealing with health issues lately

I’m dealing with health issues lately, all I heard is classic phrase “ All your Tests are Normal”finally realised that ,there’s no help from my GPs , I decided to take action on my own, found on the internet Get Tested lab, like 2 years ago, I thought I’ll give it a try, glad listen to my Gut feelings, recently my Gastro discharged me from the hospital, after 5 years of fighting with them, saying all tests are normal, I had issues that they never bothered to listen. So ordered the Gut Microbiome XL to dig deep,I knew something is off, but couldn’t figure it out,which shows I’ve got histamine imbalance,leaky Gut, my PH out of range and more,so with their customised supplement suggestions, I’m working to fix my Gut. I’d like to say big thanks to Idha from customer service support, who was there every time I had questions .
Last but not least , I’ve ordered lots of test to understand why I’m sooo fatigued. Waiting for results. Fingers crossed 🤞

Long delivery and IT issues

Test took over a month to come. I am unable to take the test as it won’t register online and you have to register it before you can take it. I have contacted customer services who finally sent out new tests. Giving them a 3 star as the team were friendly and resolved the issue in the end

Inaccurate tests and terrible customer service

I ordered two sets of tests from gettested which included a dozen or so individual tests. My calcium levels were so low I would be dead if it was accurate (my doctor’s words not mine). My selenium showed too high. Both results were completely wrong as a regular blood tests from my GP confirmed. So of all the tests I got done, I checked two with the doctors, both complete rubbish. I complained and asked for a refund, because how can I trust any of their tests results now? They first of all made up some nonsense about using different techniques that showed more of a trend than the doctor’s tests. That in itself was a huge red flag to me because it showed not only a complete lack of knowledge but also utter disdain for their customers intelligence. They promised customer support would be in touch, but I never heard from them again, even after a follow up email from myself. Avoid this company like the plague, their tests are inaccurate and you will never know without getting them redone properly. Not to mention their utter disregard for customer support.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m not familiar with the specific details of your individual case, but on a general level it’s important to clarify how different testing methods work, as this is a common source of confusion.

Some tests are analyzed in serum, while others are analyzed in whole blood. These methods are not directly comparable and therefore require different reference ranges and sometimes different units. Results from serum and whole blood measurements should not be mixed, as they do not measure the same biological fraction and are interpreted differently. For this reason, results should always be compared using the correct method, units, and reference values. This is standard laboratory practice and not made-up information.

Still awaiting results

I sent my test back at the beginning of December and it is marked as processing on the 16th. It is now the 19th January and still no results. The only means of contact is their online form which I have completed three times over the last week and have not received a response. I can understand a delay but not being completely ignored. This test was nearly £300. I won't use them again and have applied to klarna for a refund.

Thank you for sharing your experience – we completely understand how frustrating it is to wait.

December and early January include many public holidays, which can unfortunately affect both shipping and laboratory processing times. For our standard tests, results normally take around 10–15 working days from the date the sample is registered at the lab. DNA tests take longer than this (6-8 weeks).

That said, we would very much like to look into your specific case and see what may have happened. You are very welcome to email us directly, or update your review with your order number or the email address used for the purchase, so that we can contact you and investigate this properly.

This will allow us to check whether something went wrong, whether everything is on track, or if there was a delay related to the Christmas and New Year period. If necessary, we can of course arrange a replacement test or a refund.

PSA Test Kits

Having gained business approval to procure ~50 PSA test kits for the staff at my company, upon issuing them out to the team, the next day multiple reports of the test kit having expired test tube liquid within them. Very disappointed as the intension was well received by the teams, but the resulting experience of using GetTested kits as our preferred supplier for this event has proven to be a fruitless exercise.
No contact details available to talk to someone.. Chat bots are not overly helpful with something like this and only send you to another web page with a online form to fill out... We want to act fast to keep the enthusiasm following the Prostate Cancer talk, this has diminished the efforts..
... Still pending a response from a 'human' 19hrs+ later.... :-(

UPDATE - Mid January

Further to follow-up emails and assurances all test kits were replaced by the GetTested team , dispatched via Express delivery and now have the test expiry date stickers located on the external surface of the test kits. Thanks to Carl and the team for resolving this to our satisfaction. Trustpilot score amended accordingly
