I sent my blood sample to GetTested-…
I sent my blood sample to GetTested- India over two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received any confirmation that they’ve received it. I’ve emailed them twice during this period, but I haven’t gotten a single response. The lack of communication and updates is really disappointing, especially for something as important as a health test. I just want clarity on whether my sample has even reached them.

Very slow / unreliable service - 10 days delay
I ordered a few tests to Portugal. It's 10 days from order.
1. GetTested didn't send any email confirmation with shipment information in 10 days from order,
2. GetTested didn't answer for email asking does they sent it.
3. chat on website don't work in specified working hours (Live chat 9am - 6pm). Tested a few times...
I can't find any other method of communicating with this website / company.

Over the years I have done a fair…
Over the years I have done a fair amount of buying online. Get Tested has the distinción of being one of the slowest to proceso and ship an order. I live in Spain as an expat, where I was warned not to expect anything to happen quickly. However, when I shop online in Spain my orders are processed and received promptly. It's been 5 days since I ordered from Get Tested and nada. Too bad because I like the concept of what they're doing. So much for Scandinavian efficiency.

Would not choose this company again
I ordered a SIBO test, I did the test exactly as described in the instructions: registered my testID, filled in the paper that came with the test and is supposed to get delivered back with the samples. After a couple of weeks I received a email from GetTested that the sample was received, so I waited for the results for about 1 month. When I decided to contact them about why it was taking so long, I got the answer that the test arrived wrongly labeled so the lab was not able to perform the analysis. When I asked what was wrong in the labels, because I am sure I did everything correct, I got no further explanation, only the possibility of getting another free kit to test again, but turns out it is even sold out so I was simply offered a refund. I lost my time and still didn't get an answer to my issue, so I don't recommend this company.

Slow Results but Compensated for it
I sent my blood sample for the 30-biomarker test, which was delivered to their facility on 26 August 2024. As of 19 September 2024 (over three weeks and 19 business days later), I still haven’t received my results.
Update 24/09: received my blood test results after 21 business days. Offered 25% refund for the delay which is fair. Used it to purchase more tests from this company.

Please note that the turnaround time for results is counted from the day we register your sample as received in our system, not from when you received your order. This is because some customers do not take the test immediately after delivery.
The normal turnaround is 10–15 business days from the date your sample is registered as received. You can check this date in your account at my.gettested.io, and you should also have received an email (and SMS if you provided your phone number) confirming when your sample arrived.

Disappointed by Lost Blood Sample and Lack of Trust in Service
A few weeks after sending my blood sample back using the provided return envelope, I still hadn’t received any test results. When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly but blamed the mail carrier for losing my blood sample. However, I double-checked the tracking information, which confirmed that the package was delivered inside their facility. Customer service was prompt and hassle-free in processing my refund request, but this experience has left me unable to trust a company that handles blood tests yet fails to secure samples reliably.

Amazing customer service

Stressful and not sure how legit
It’s quite stressful and I’m not sure how legit it is. I think it’s better to pay more and go f2f to the lab. And the customer service replies very slowly unless you are very angry.. I don’t like it.

I wish I had visited Trustpilot before…
I wish I had visited Trustpilot before engaging with Get Tested.
I did so, because I was worried about how long it was taking to get tested via the NHS. I sent off my tests 3 weeks ago and according to Get Tested I could still have a further 2 weeks to wait for my results. So my NHS results are likely to come back quicker.
I notice that Trustpilot state that Get Tested are not reflecting their true Trustpilot score on their website. Probably tells you all you need to know about this company.

The turnaround time for our tests is normally around 15 working days from the date the sample arrives at the lab, as stated on the product page when ordering, and nothing else is ever stated. This is due to the queue system, the thoroughness of the analysis, and transparent processing — a waiting time that is quite common within healthcare. We use laboratories with the same high standards as hospital labs. 🔬💙

Regarding the Trustpilot notice, this was due to us previously using our own widget to display the score, rather than their own widget format. The score shown was correct, but the format was not, which triggered the warning. This has been corrected, and the notice should disappear, although this might take some time to process. Low Expectations Were Met
I would have loved to be able to leave a good review but I have been let down by GetTested.
Unfortunately the order handling and service support has not been satisfactory at all,
I was travelling on a Monday and tests to arrive before then. I ordered on the previous Tuesday at 11am and selected (and paid for) Express delivery through UPS.
The order was only processed on Wednesday at 10am (why 23 hours passed?) and I was given a tracking number for UPS but no link to do the tracking. Of course I just went to the UPS site and pasted the number on.
UPS tracking told me the ticket and tracking number had been created but they hadn't received the parcel yet. Minutes later, Patrik from GetTested asked for a review. Well here it is.
On Thursday evening, UPS tracking finally showed UPS had the parcel. Then the details never changed again.
On Thursday, at midday, I had already become concerned that the parcel had not been collected by UPS and so I opened a support ticket with GetTested.io
I received a confirmation e-mail that the support ticket had been created. They say an agent will contact me as soon as one is available. 60 hours later, there was still no reply and UPS still had no reply and UPS had no change in their tracking.
I called UPS in my destination country on the Friday... and they were baffled as to where the parcel could be... and would look into it.
I have no faith whatsoever that the parcel or a support response will arrive by Monday.
I guess that Sweden is on holiday and operating in slow mode... and UPS, well, why any reputable and sensible company would choose to use this absurdly inefficient and famously hopeless delivery service I will never understand.
In hindsight, I should have found a different test supplier as soon as I saw that only UPS was available for deliveries. It was clearly going to be a let down.
