Thank you, I learned quite a bit, the material was informative and useful. Things to improve are that there's some tech glitches in the presentation like not returning to the correct page after a video. I had to play with going back and forth pages to be able to move on to the next segment.
It also wasn't clear what the correct answers were to the two questions I got wrong on the final exam.

a few times I called in I got help
a few times I called in I got help. One thing went wrong for me I put my save for tomorrow and I wasn't able to get into the system where I had laid off. So I had to call a couple of times for help.

I've been a TIPs Trainer foe 10 years
I've been a TIPs Trainer foe 10 years. I let my Certification Expire. I took the course again and I am so glad that I did. Coming back has taught me so much. I recommend that ANY Trainer goes through the course as a student once again.

Wasn't to hard if you paid attention cause some of the questions were not from the quizzes.
