Very unproffesional, bad place
Was very nice place long time ago. It is changed now. In May 2023 visiting this place because regulation changed and want NVQ level 3 for electrician. I'm Registered electrician with NICEIC more than 10 years. I told to training centre this. Showing to them my 18th edition electrician cert and all my certificate. Asked them for suitable course for updating . Put me in DEI course. It is regulated 2013. Useless for me. I passed the online exam 1st time. The Electric teacher Ian did not sign my practical paper work. Arrogant disrespectful teacher ever see my life. When he find it I'm registered Electrician with NICEIC he was more aggressive. He said NICEIC is " rubbish" told this front of all students.
This training centre token my money for nothing 1094 pounds. They mess up with my practical paperwork and wants other 400 pounds. For what? I trusted them. Now is 2024 January . I have not got any card for this DEI course.
I just want full refund. They are don't want to pay back.
Please very care full with this training centre, because they are try to put you in much more course ,draw much more money out.
I don't recommended this place to any one. I had very bad experience. Its other nice and professional training centre in Wolverhampton. Call; DS Gas and Electric.

Our team had offered you previously to come into the centre to further discuss a solution with you which you attended a meeting with us. You was aware after so many attempts at the online exam that you required further training. We also didn’t charge you for 6 appointments to do our best to assist you in completing.
You then agreed to do further training to complete your paperwork but then had a change of heart and didn’t notify us.
