Details changed without permission
Called this company thinking they were Qatar airways (their number was on a fake website). I wasn't told by them that they were a travel agency at all. They answered my query wrongly obviously since they're not the actual flight company I was trying to contact. After this, my booking details were changed without my permission (DOB and email). Don't ever give them any details for your booking!

I spoke to a consultant named Jeff
I spoke to a consultant named Jeff, who went out of his way to try to help us. My wife and I are both disabled, and we're travelling with a cat, so it wasn't a straightforward booking. He searched for the best routes for us in line with our needs. What impressed me was that Jeff was efficient; he called us back when he said he would, did his research and gave us comprehensive information, and he answered all our questions. He was also very patient with me, as I'm not very good at using mobile phone technology. He was polite and friendly, and did his best to help us.
Unfortunately, we went with another agency.
I commend Jeff for his commitment, reliability, and intention.
