I’ve been using Ultimate Auction Theme Pro for my website, and recently needed help resolving a PageSpeed performance issue caused by development-mode React/Babel scripts loading site-wide. The team worked through the problem with me and we achieved meaningful improvements — TBT reduced to 0ms and PageSpeed score reaching 75. Communication was responsive and the SSH key handling was confirmed to be handled securely. A small but dedicated team that follows through on technical issues.

The support team is really excellent. I always get quick answers and great solutions. We like the product and can use everything smoothly. Customization and integration problems were always been solved.

The plugin works great, has all the functionality you would want on your auction site. But best and most impressive of all is their customer service team - they are so incredibly helpful!

We have been using the Ultimate Auction Pro plugin for many years to host charity auctions. For our purposes the plugin suits and contains the features we require. It is a nice way to extend the capabilities of Wordpress and WooCommerce.

This product is really great. I was testing a lot of similar porducts, but I stopped when I found this one. It's everything I wanted and even more.

Extra, bonus: very good, kind and fast support, which helped me and solved my little issue in a couple of hours.

What a difference four years makes! When I first tried Ultimate Auction Software's plug-in in 2020, it had much to be desired and did not play well with websites built with Elegant Themes page builder software (i.e. DIVI).

Additionally, the team did not have a good understanding of how most online car auctions work.

Fast forward to 2025, and it's clear Nitesh and his team have listened to their customers and have developed a solid product in their Theme offering. Offering a great theme is one thing, but having their team log in to my site and host to get everything set up correctly was a considerable time savings for me. I'm convinced implementing their Theme will be a game changer for my business.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is as a B2B growing software provider, they will need to figure out a way to be able to provide support over weekends and holidays, which is only exacerbated by the 9.5 hour time difference between the U.S. and India.

What an incredible team! Always great support even when the problem was not directly caused by the products they are SUPPOSED to support! They go up and above the “call of duty” and identify and fix the problem. Excellent team, who care about the customer, always there to help, very professional and knowledgeable. I did try other software solutions prior to this purchase but found them inferior in terms of the support and backup.
When I originally looked for an auction provider I went to a software company who quoted me £9000 and 6 - 9 months to develop. Others quoted me monthly fees and commission based options and all wanted a continued monthly maintenance / service fee.
Finding the Ultimate Auction Software guys was like a breath of fresh air no commissions, no service charges, no maintenance fees, no fees for add ons and they take on board what the customer is looking for and treat the customer with respect not as a cash machine.
The team here are always quick to respond and are always happy to look at changes and evolve to the needs of the customer. The software itself is constantly improving and being updated to enhance the functionality.
Whether you are a big business or micro business if you need an auction facility this is the one to use. Do not waste your time and money searching around for cheaper options or free apps it is a false economy, I know from experience and wish I had found this one earlier.
The software itself was initially daunting as I had not done anything like this before but if you take your time read the manuals / guides and watch the videos it makes sense and the more you use it the easier it gets. Support guys are always there to help even if you have what may seem like a silly question they will always help in in a professional manner.
All in all if you want an auction platform that works, is cost effective and will not take long to get up and running with the minimum hassle buy this software, you will not regret it.
