Don’t trust the reviews on their…

Don’t trust the reviews on their website. While it does stay sticky after washing, it’s a complete PIA to use. It doesn’t really pick up that much pet hair in one go. You have to wash it, dry it, and start over. The cycle repeats multiple times before you get a decent result. There are much better products out there for furniture hair removal. Don’t waste your money on this one. Not to mention, the purpose of having a “lint roller” (especially one in your car or purse) is for convenience. Having to bring it inside and wash it after each use is unrealistic and most aren’t going to remember to do it… which defeats the entire convenience purpose. Wouldn’t recommend.

Broken roller upon opening

Bought the bundle as a gift for my dad since his house is COVERED in cat hair. we tested the small roller and it did work, but the bigger roller was broken upon opening. I emailed with a photo and video, asking for a replacement, and they blamed me for it being broken, saying that it appears to be used. You can see the plastic film still on the roller in both attachments I sent. They agreed to replace it if I paid shipping but still insisted it had been used. Very disappointing to have to pay more after receiving a faulty product, but i’m mostly disappointed that they doubled down and blamed me for an issue that was there when we opened the box.

Don't Waste Your Money

Purchased a bundled deal they had. Tested the medium sized sticky for maybe 10 seconds, if that. I then packed everything away because I was moving. Today, I got it back out to use and the sticky is falling off the roll. I contacted them and they basically told me it was my fault and I must have done something because it doesn't just do that on it's own. I really haven't done anything so I don't know why they can't just accept that they sent me a fault product. They gave me two options, pay to have it sent back to the manufacturer, which I looked up and it's a pizza place? Or, I could pay for a new replacement at a "discounted" price. Just throw your money in the trash because that's where my sticky is going. Also, when you contact customer service if you seem even slightly upset or give an answer/question they don't like they will just stop talking to you completely
