I placed an order from this company. I changed my mind and asked for a refund.
I asked for a shipping label as per the return policy below.
I have since received 2 emails from Amanda, Customer Service Manager, asking me to remove my poor reviews, let them know I have done this, and then my refund will be processed.
I did this and emailed Amanda several times requesting my refund. I have heard nothing back!
Now, I will not be taking down my negative experience of this company until I see a refund processed on my original method of payment, first.
Had enough of this company!

Don’t trust this company! When making contact with them after a further payment was taken from my bank account, they informed me that they had fully cancelled my subscription, which I unknowingly signed up to in the first place. Yesterday I was charged another £30.93. When contacting their support email address again, Harry responded yet again apologising, stating the subscription had now been cancelled. I have no proof it has been cancelled as this is what I was informed the month before and it turns out he clearly lied. I’m still waiting to resolve this matter and receive a free postage and package return label and a full refund. Don’t trust this company as they lie to their customers.

Easy to order, be aware of recurring order under subscription, supplement is working for me, better energy and clothing a little looser after less than a month. Have sorted my subscription and put it on hold until I've used up my current supply.

Can't give zero stars or I would. Bought a one off purchase to try the product. 3 months later they are still sending consignments under a so called subscription which I didn't sign up to and charging me, despite emailing them. Tried to cancel the payments through my bank but they failed. Avoid these fraudulent scammers and their weasel word excuses at all costs.

Closing out my previous reviews, I have been backwards and forwards with the Customer support team and was promised a Full Refund for the second unauthorised subscription Charge deducted from my credit card. This was promised on 5 March, and I was told it would be received within 3-5 business days. It's been 16 business days and nothing. I did receive a partial refund (30%) for the first unauthorised charge from my credit. Like many other customers I never signed up for a subscription in the first place. Businesses should make cancelling subscriptions as easy as signing up, which Uvora has definitely not.

I’ve given 5 stars simply Because they were considerate and prompt with dealing with my complaint. I like many others was signed up for a continuous supply of their product. I knew nothing of this until charges were taken from my bank account. Apparently you have to unsubscribe to stop this happening! I have been compensated and assured that no further charges will be forthcoming.

The customer service at Uvora is second to none. In this rapidly changing, fast and more expensive world we live in, it is sometimes difficult to get in touch with real humans to solve a problem. Uvora has excellent customer service, a welcome and refresh g change from the norm in this new business world. Allison Grey was so helpful, courteous, and kind with a fast reply, and solved my problem for me. I truly appreciate and respect the fine folks that work for Uvora company! Give them a try!

It would a be zero if I could. They are a fraudulent institution who scam people. Well, a scam coerces people to sign up for their services - nowhere did I tick for a monthly subscription, but they took it upon themselves to act in this way. The stupid thing is that they send two months’ worth of product every month, at least a real scam would only send one month worth of product each month.

I cancelled the subscription by emailing getuvora's support email, they responded saying it was cancelled, yet a month later I was charged again and recieved another order confirmation. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS SCAMMING PROVIDER!

Buyer be aware , I ordered Uvora and received my product . However they have automatically taken money for another order which I did not want !!! I have emailed the company to stop the order or any further orders. I will await a response from the company . I have now received a reply and they have said that they will cancel any further orders that have been done automatically by Uvora.

I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and even had an email which I have saved stating they understood the check mark for only one order was very tiny and that as of Feb. 22, 2025 my subscription would be cancelled and here it is March 21 and I’m receiving another order which has led me to cancel my credit card. As for the product I have seen no difference.

It's just terrible! You don't know that you're getting a subscription and it's impossible to cancel and get a refund. Better never even order from them

Getuvora have now told me that they will ONLY refund me if I remove my last review. Avoid this company.
Initial order was wrong but very promptly rectified by the support team. Have been taking milk thistle for a month now and feel more energised. Would recommend.
A one star rating is too much here. Do not buy this product. Late shipping, having to chase up, ambiguous/deceiving marketing to get you to subscribe rather than one time purchase, not cancelling my ‘subscription’ when I asked them to, charging me again having not cancelled my subscription, not returning the money. Do not engage with them.
This is absolutely shocking and should be closed o have been contacting these by email for 3 months now to ask them to stop taking money out my bank I did not sign up for 3 months supply these are taking money off me every two weeks I have emailed the support and still nothing I am going to do everything on my power to get this company notices for taking off timetable people

Do not trust this company they send stuff from China don't tell you it's coming from China and my product had Carnageen in it a inflammatory, I canceled the subscription last month and yet again they charged me again this month do not ever buy anything from these guys they rip you off!!!!
