Product order was simple

Product order was simple, just didn’t see the auto reorder box was ticked. Got initial order as trial, found I could not continue as it conflicted with current medications. When receiving notification of an auto reorder being on its way, was able to notify Uvora via email and cancel the order. Uvora quickly responded with full refund on second order. Thanks Uvora.

Auto renewal correction instant, fantastic customer service

My order from Uvora turned up in reasonable time, I unfortunately ticked the auto renewal box, or didn’t untick it, although I thought I had been careful not to get the auto renewal. I contacted Uvora by email and received a prompt reply. They offered a full refund or a partial refund on the next order that had already been sent. I was impressed how they managed this, fantastic customer service.
As far as the product, I am unsure if there is any difference, would of loved to miraculously loose some weight but nothing yet.

No Auto Subscription for Me!

I accidentally signed up for their auto subscription which I didn't want. I tried to cancel via their website but it doesn't look like there is anyway to do that.
I ended up sending an email to their support team and got a response back from George saying my subscription has been canceled. Hopefully, that will be the case.
As for the product, I haven't received my order yet. I did see that you can get it from Amazon for a little cheaper than what I paid for it.

Stolen card

My card was stolen yesterday Wednesday the 6th of may and I had unauthorised purchases one of them is Uvora I did send them 4 emils but unfortunately they didn't reply to any of them i guess once they have your money they're happy even if you're not hence the 1 star and if anyone wants the order confirmation email I'll be happy to give a copy of the email and the order number. The only response I received from customer service is about the review that it left on here asking me to change it or delete my review then I realised that I was right all they care about is themselves it confirmed that im right they said in order to issue the refund I have to take down my review its laughable right?? I have been under pressure to delete or change my review from 1 star to 5 star because Uvora aren't happy with what said i have been honest about my experience and I was promised that I will get a refund only if i change my review and I've been warned by trutpilot that they will delete it in 2 days if i don't do it myself.I just wanted to tell people what happened to my card its simply was stolen and misused in various places so how can I.

I have only been using the Uvora Milk…

I have only been using the Uvora Milk Thistle product for three weeks but have already noticed a distinct improvement in my energy level when gettin out of bed in the morning. I actually feel rested now, plus the excessive bloating that I experienced prior to using the product has improved enormously. I have also noted a drop in my hba1c numbers which is very pleasing. I find that life is more comfortable now.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I did not realize that by ordering the supplement, it was a subscription. I didn’t want any more product and I was notified that the second shipment was being prepared. Uvora customer support was very u derstNding and swift and was able to stop the order and reverse my credit card charges, which I greatly appreciate. It’s nice to find a company with integrity even if I’m no longer their customer.

Auto-renew wasn't disclosed, product never arrived, promised credit never posted

I ordered milk thistle supplements from Uvora, did not opt into auto-renewal but apparently was signed up for it anyway. 60 days later, I get an email stating they were preparing my order. I immediately responded, telling them to stop order and any further auto renewals. Their response was "oh, sorry, order's been processed, but you can return to us if you want." The return address was "Room 704-1, Building 1, Xingcheng Development Building,No. 406, Xintiandi Street, Dongxin Street,Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang, China". I had no confidence that my return would reach them (or that I could verify whether it did so), so accepted a 40% refund while retaining product I didn't order and which hasn't arrived yet. By the way, I've seen zero benefits from the two months I've been taking these.

Addition, May 19th. I haven't received the second order that Uvora refused to cancel. To make matters worse, the 40% credit on that order they repeatedly promised hasn't posted in the 2+ weeks since this sordid drama started. Nothing but a flat out scam.

Unwanted Order

I placed my first order and have been using Milk Thistle for a week. Don't know if it is doing anything but that's fine. Yesterday I was notified that a second order was shipped and my credit card was charged. I never placed a second order and notified the company immediately. To their credit, they promptly responded that they would cancel this second order and refund my card.

they are liars and money scammers

they are liars and money scammers, the support email replies all the time with lies just to deduct the credit card again, they assure you its been sorted, but it just buys them time to charge again. they are a joke anyone who buys off them will be disappointed, the reviews with more than one star would be their own people filling it out.

to update the review, they always reply on here to contact support,
support have told me they will refund, cancel subscription that I didn't sign up for, escalate the refund, I should receive a confirmation email to say I've been refunded, none of this happens just more lies.
they tell you what you want to hear then take another payment out and the same emails, same replies come,
you can go onto the website and it's not possible to access any of your own so called account, your relying on the support email as the only contact,

Excellent service

The company was very responsive to my requests and I appreciated this very much. I also think the product is a very valuable addition to anyone's health regime, especially anyone who is getting older and needs to give their liver a helping hand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Brilliant customer service!

I ordered this product as a buy one get one free offer a few weeks ago but didn't realise I'd subscribed and therefore received a third bottle automatically. I emailed customer support and explained I didn't want to subscribe at thus time but would keep the third bottle. I had a response within minutes and the issue was sorted out instantly and I am very impressed with the speed and of the customer service I received. Thank you!!
