The customer experience is awesome. They follow up and do their best to make sure you’re happy. The product was not the best in that the cold plunge developed leaks and then the cooler itself went out right after the warranty expired.

My first Vital+ purchase was the sauna pod in July 2024. About 2 weeks later I purchased the ice bath and chiller unit.
I have been using both almost every day since. It is my daily routine.
The customer service, support and speed of freight is outstanding.

We received our plunge and within a week the chiller completely failed. They refused to provide any form of real customer service for over a month of us constantly reaching out! no phone number, no human to speak to. just some AI bs. Only until we filed a claim with our credit card company did they finally reach out with a real phone number! they then finally sent us a new chiller after some more back and forth. Once we made sure it worked properly, we graciously contacted our credit card company and had them send the charge back money to vital plus. It appeared on my recent cc statement, and vital plus had the audacity to send us a bill for the entirety of the plunge, even though the credit card company had already credited them back the money. Scammers. DO NOT PURCHASE from these terrible, terrible people. Support any other company.

I’ve had my sauna pod for a couple of weeks now and have been using it 5 days a week — and it is literally the best investment I’ve made in my health this year. I get out feeling completely relaxed, and the aches and pains in my thumbs, wrists, and knees are gone. It heats up fast and gets very hot (I’ve had mine up to 135° so far!). I also love the different light options — such a nice bonus feature. It fits perfectly in my office, and the zip mechanisms work smoothly and feel well-made. If you’ve been thinking about adding a sauna to your routine, I highly recommend it!

Both the sauna & cold plunge 5/5 product. The biggest thing for me has been their customers services. I have ordered a few things the last couple of months where I have had to ask some questions. Always get a clear & fast response. Most recently ordered some replacement filter when I paid for them i forgot to change my address to my new address.

I purchased the Vital+ pro tub and chiller, and was amazed by the quality of the products, they're sturdy, insulated and work perfectly out of the box. The extra items provided like the patches in case of puncture, the pump, the how-to videos were of exceptional quality and setting it up couldn't have been easier.
Unfortunately, my tub lid sprung a leak and air wasnt holding, I emailed the vital team and another lid was shipped immediately. Additionally, my chiller arrived damaged (no fault of vital+) and again, reached out to the support team and another was shipped. They also compensated me with some extra filters and housing. While my experience wasn't without its hiccups, through no fault of vital+, the support team ensured I was happy and replacement items were sent as soon as possible.
I have recommended this product to many of my friends and genuinely couldn't be happier with the product, its quality, and the customer support offered. Thanks Vital+, you've helped me take both my physiological and psychological game to a whole new level. I use it every day. It has sped my recovery, lessened my reliance on caffeine and I look forward to getting in there every morning.

I bought the Vital Plus Pro cold plunge and Chiller Max, and it has been a complete disappointment from day one. The system never worked properly—couldn’t maintain consistent flow or operate as advertised—and despite countless attempts to troubleshoot, it was essentially unusable. Also the tub will not hold air, I have to keep pumping it up with air daily since I’ve taken it out of the box!
Customer service was just as frustrating. Instead of real support, I was stuck dealing with AI responses and scripted replies, then forced to jump through endless hoops just to try to get a refund for a product that never functioned correctly in the first place.
For a product at this price point, I expected reliability and real support. I got neither. Save your money and look elsewhere.
***Cold plunge and chiller has been fully refunded and returned. Once a human intervened she had great customer service to resolve the issue.
