Great company and great customer service

The machine I had purchased was malfunctioning. I called Wellue and they were very responsive in responding and they sent me a new one. It ws a very pleasant experience.

Clod laser could not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes.
Return to Wellue vis USPS DIFFICULT because Wellue does not have a phone number which USPS requires.

The heart monitor that I purchased is exactly what I needed. It's small, easy to use, and accurate. I recommend!

Just purchased a Wellue WearO2 Ring, what a piece of junk how can a company sell such an inaccurate device that’s close to being dangerous to use.
Keeps failing to read and when it does telling me sats are in low 90s and pulse rate mid 50s.
Appears to be a random number generator rather than a serious measuring device.
Money wasted.
From other devices pulse is low to mid 80s.
No other method to check sats.

UPDATE
Still think accuracy not great but some problem solved after talking to friend told to give finger a good clean with wipe to remove grease before wearing , they had similiar problems and seems to have helped.

Love the Wellue ring more than I expected to. It's helping me to figure out symptoms as well as what improves my sleep.

The sales process was smooth and delivery was fast I have been using it nightly for a year now and the information sync’s with my ASV data seamlessly providing a lot of therapy information. It has performed flawlessly. My only regret is that I am trying to buy two more O2rings and they no longer ship to Canada.

Very happy with my apap machine from Wellue! Received it quickly and it was exactly as described. I did a lot of price comparison before I made my decision and I'm glad I picked Wellue. Best priced brand new apap bundle that includes everything you need to use right out of the box!

The BPW1 works. Will have to see how long it works for with regular use. The manual states it should last for 3 years.

The integration of the software on my phone and the ring was so simple. The whole process was quite intuitive and i was never in doubt about how the process would work.
Above all, the knowledge generated by the ring and app partnership is clear and concise. I never had to do an analytical tap-dance to discuss the outcomes with anyone! My doctor, my wife, my brother - everyone that i wanted to share with could tell the tale from this combination immediately. Best health evaluation item I have ever brought!

Arrived in very reasonable amount of time. Love the traction feature as well as the pulse.

It does what it was purchased to do, but not much more. If you're looking for a flashy smartwatch with lots of bells and whistles, this isn't it. Watch face selection is not good and most of the other functions are spotty at best. That said, if you're looking for something to give you that 'spur-of-the-moment' assurance your blood pressure is under control - bingo!

I bought a Smart Blood Pressure Watch, and I was surprised by the accuracy of the watch, when following the instructions for use accuracy is almost close, compared to the Omron brand, the Wellue watch is better quality price, excellent option

Struggling to get this BP machine to read correctly.

The O2 ring is the only continuous SpO2 pulse oximeter I've found that takes readings continuously every second or so and will beep at you if your O2 level dips too much. My sleep doctor suggested I buy the watch band version, which I also have, but the ring is just as accurate (it seems to have the same sensor and chip, just in a different form factor).

My oxygen concentrator by wellue was a great purchase. It is quiet and so easy to operate. It arrived promptly packaged well. It weighs 30 pounds compared to the older unit I had that was 52 pounds. The quietness id wonderful. It sits beside my bed as opposed to having to put it in the hallway like my old loud unit. I highly recommend this product. Its a great value for the price!!
