Full refund

This is my fourth message that I have had to send. I'm very grateful for the full money back guarantee.
I was told that upon receiving the shipment I was to send another email and I would be instructed step by step how to return the Wuffy dogs to get my full refund. Which I did. I originally ordered 2 dogs and 3 more were added on to my order.
I was disappointed that the video was deceiving as to the way the dogs didn't respond like the video showed.
All of the agents that I interacted with were very kind and informative.
I believe I have been patient long enough being out all this money, so I would appreciate a quick result.

Customer service did very well

Customer service did very well, only problem was that they would never provide me with a return address without going through all of these loopholes. Like writing a review for customer service, when all I wanted as a return address.

This is a scam and false advertising!
The product is nothing like the in the ad.
Your Company should be ashamed to cheat people out of their money.
I will not even waste more time and money trying to get a refund.

However,
Getting the dog returned has been a long process
They say they send e mail right after I hang up and it does not show up.
