We were delighted with the service we received. Elaine was helpful and was prompt in delivering the service we required.

A really terrible company. Poorly organised, a compete lack of communication or written plan and Richard was really rude. We paid money to submit rates forms and we realised 8 months later they hadn't done it for one of our companies. We raised a complaint and asked for a refund and they suggested this was planned and that it's standard practice. Who takes money to do zero work for 8 months, then when they are caught won't return it. A really poor company I would avoid.

We have engaged gyrr to try to get our business rates down.
After several months of chasing, they said there looking at our landlord agreement, they can't do anything.

They told us that there may be a chance and they survey will need to be done.

They never sent anyone over to the office. They just looked at landlord agreement and did not do anything. It is a scam.

Great communication from Elaine. Discounts achieved for current year and 2 previous years resulting in a refund from the council. Would recommend their services.

Elaine and the team of Get Your Rate Right were very helpful from the day I emailed them. As a new Airbnb business owner I had no idea about the exemption of business rates. Council asked me to pay monthly rate but Elaine was able to do the application on my behalf after doing the research and my property has been exempted from the business rates now i.e. great savings in the future overall. Thank you again for the support and great service.

We recently worked with Get Your Rates Right.com regarding our business rates, and the service was excellent. Their team handled our case smoothly, explained every step clearly, and achieved a successful outcome. Get Your Rates Right helped us get a business rates valuation reduction for the last 3 years which was very valuable for us.

We were originally contacted by Get Your Rates Right in 2024, we paid the fee to proceed with the appeal against our rateable value. We knew the process could take a long time but after 7 months we still had not heard from them. Despite many attempts to speak to them via phone calls and emails we could not get hold of anyone.
Eventually in July 2025 the VOA accepted the challenge and issue us with a rebate. So ultimately GYRR did save us money and fulfilled the contract but parts of the process were painful.

We were contacted as they felt they could reduce our rates at one of our offices .The initial site visit and plans were prepared quickly and the agreement entered into .Whilst they charge a n up front fee ,this is made clear in their agreement so was happy to proceed .Marjorie and the team kept me informed throughout the process and did point out how long these things can take .Resulted in a successful appeal reducing our rates over the last 3 years.

The worst company ever

Stay away from this company, they are only smart un taking upfront full payments without doing any work or even agreements.

You should never use this ru...sh company. They only charge you lots of money and don't do any work.

Complete scam

paid the charge of over £1500 then we have tried repeatedly to make contact and got no reply. feel ripped off completely.

It takes a while but they manged to reduce our business rates and get a refund of over £16000.

Great Service provided to Lauras Idea ltd

Elene at get your rates right was amazing . Went from a court summons with local council to a full refund and my business rates being quashed completely with a full refund.

Generally good service with positive results.
They managed to make a couple of successful claims/challenges to our rateable value and we obtained refunds accordingly, but the process was painfully slow (possibly not their fault) and requried constant chasing for updates on progress.
