Kills anything but mosquitos, Support is AI galore and they don't pick up returns.

Kills anything but mosquitos and their support is like talking to ChatGPT.

We told them to cancel our order within 10 minutes and got the reply that it was already being packed for shipping.

Horrible product, and as I can see with all other reviewers, a horrible company too.

Update: We returned the product as instructed, and their office never picked up our return package. When contacting them, they claim for the package to still be in transit, whilst it has been waiting at a collection point for them to pick up for two weeks. Since we gave up with their horrible support, we filed a dispute on PayPal. Somehow they keep changing the topic of the PayPal dispute when filing a claim so that we lose the case. Most frustrating experience I've ever had with a product/company.
