The cases are made of bad plastic. They are not made of steel armor. And they do not have the Apple logo. One is on the website, another is send to customers. This is called a scam. Plus, also on website, is mention that, if I buy two cases, I do not pay shipping. SCAM!
The cases is IP 14, and I order and I paid for IP 13. I am very disappointed.I paid 50 euros for two steel cases plus shipping, and received plastic cases. They don't want to refund my money. But, it is my mistake. I made the order first and then I checked the reviews about the products, which are generally very bad.

Fraud. Ordered a iPhone case @ £19 Never arrived .

Fraud , i ordered iPhone 17 pro max case few weeks ago charged £19 . Order received few days ago it’s looks like very cheap approximate worth £3-£4 . I requested a return address still no reply

I ordered a phone case which did not arrive, follow up and customer service very poor, this outfit is unreliable

What i received was not what i ordered.
I ordered a flush fitting duel fast charging power supply to fit in the cigarette lighter socket.
what i received was a joke.
This one sticks out far too much. No way can you close the lid on the ashtray
A scam comes to mind. £17.00 wasted

I ordered a phone case 4wks ago but it never turned up. I got a tracking number but it doesn’t track anything. I’ve sent emails and got a reply say it’s been despatched but now they stopped replying to my last 2 emails. £20 down the drain!! Never use these clowns!!!

Contacting by bank to see what they can do about this scam if a company.

Bought iphone case and battery almost a month ago. No service and no tracking number. Worst of all no products that I paid for. Was hoping that it would reach me before I left the country I am in. Should have checked Trustpilot before I made the purchase.

I bought a mobile phone case and it would not fit my iPhone 16 pro Max. I sent emails and the only response I got back was we don’t have a problem with it at our end. I have then sent numerous emails asking for return details so I could get a refund and they just do not reply.
I have raised this issue through Shop pay and I have to say they have been as bad as well as they have not even replied back to me stay away from this company or you will lose money.

I received a magnetic battery pack NOT working. I have asked the Geupday for the return label, and the refund , they have ignored my request and continue to do so.
You buy? you lose your money

Customer service is the worst. First you can barley understand then and second they are rude and don't know anything. I called today about their most recent update where the remove the red dot on the upper right hand corner of the cameras screen which indicated you had a recording. They told me they found it to be useless and I asked why would you not ask you clients if it is useless and they told me they know better the the clients would. I have 16 cameras and if they don't put the red dot back on I will dump Ring and go elsewhere!!!

They sent the wrong product, not what I ordered. They asked for photos which I sent them. Since August I have heard nothing from them despite numerous emails sent to them.
I’m stuck with a product I cannot use, all I want is for it to be replaced.

I’m waiting on my 16 pro max case which said it was coming on September 26th on the tracker now it’s nowhere to be found what a disappointment

Very Bad Service. they delivered the wrong product. Nobody cares! I wrote tons of emails. No reply!
Keep away from this company.

Too bad they don’t have negative stars. I ordered a case for my new iPhone 15 ProMax on August 11, 2024. According to their site, it’s still in China. I’ve sent a number of emails with either no response or a vague useless response. NEVER BUY FROM GEUPDAY. SCAM!!! UPDATE: Received the case today. IT IS THE WRONG CASE. This company is crap.

Good looking phone case! Good service, and received within 10 working days. I will order another one for my wife as well. For sure a happy customer 👍

Excellent phone case. I ordered a light tan leather phone case, quality in their pictures looked excellent and I was not disappointed. It took about 10 to 14 says to arrive but well worth the wait. I am very pleased with it. Great Quality thank you GEUPDAY. ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE.
