Non-existent customer service, dispatch of expired items

I have been ordering there for years, the customer service was declining over time, now non-existant. With the latest order, they shipped expired items which had no residual odor, impossible to reach client service by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp. Only automatic responses as reply, phone AI agents and no contact whatsoever for weeks now. Terrible, will not be using them again. Warmly recommended to stay away.

Wonderful products!!!

The products are wonderful and affordable; my scented oil lamp is a real beauty, and they have a wide selection of high-quality items! I highly recommend this site and will continue to shop there! Plus, shipping is super fast! Amazing!

SCAMMER. Save your money

SCAMMER
I returned part of my order. I did everything they asked, returned on time, filled in the form, but never received money back. It's been 2 months now. I tried calling, whatsapp, facebook message, emailing, only to get an automated message but never an answer. Most of the time no response at all. TERRIBLE COMPANY
