I recently ordered a set of pressed metal plates for my custom reg and had some concerns after ordering regarding the raised border and compatibility with a Tesla mounting bracket. I emailed in, and Kelly responded quickly with a very considerate and informative reply.
Rather than just giving a generic response, Kelly actually reviewed the frame, explained how the fitment works with the raised edges, sent over a fitting guide, and even offered to include anti-vibration pads to ensure a secure fit.
GFX not only reassured me, but genuinely went above and beyond. I ended up feeling even more confident in the product than before I sent the email. Outstanding communication and genuinely customer-focused service.
