We've had several SCUM servers with GG Host since 2022, and having come from a couple other hosts, I can say that moving to GG Host is the best decision we've ever made. Not only has the performance been problem-free and reliable, but the support has been exceptional since day one - patient, kind, and actually human. And they respond in minutes!

When an interaction with support staff stays in your mind for 3+ years because it was so friendly and real, you know you're dealing with people who actually care. I still think about that, and how much effort they made to not just help me with my problem (which was a silly error on my part) but to make that human connection, and it really means so much.

The best hardware, the best service, and the best people by far. I'd never recommend any other host having been with GG Host now. No one else can compare!

I’ve been using GGHost for quite a while now. The service is excellent — they respond to customer issues clearly and quickly, and they carefully review file security (such as mods) before allowing them to be used.

It might seem a bit slow at times, but trust me — if you rent a dedicated server elsewhere, you definitely won’t get this kind of service. I feel lucky that this was the first provider I tried. Someone recommended it to me.

It’s suitable for both beginners and experienced server owners. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one truly deserves it.

by far one of the best hosts i've expirienced so far, fastest service response ever, i was used to wait hours sometimes days for a ticket response with other providers, but GGHost is top notch service oriented. 15 Minutes has been the longest wait for a reply on my Tickets, quick fix and solutions as well.

Well the fact is , I tried to go with gportal first . I had nothing g but problem with them I never got to go in the server I rented . Not once. I got locked out of my account . I can't even got on to cancel it so they are still charging me every month and wont halp me fix the problem. On the other hand I rented one from you set it up the first day and do not have any problem with it at all . Thank you for taking care of your renters .

Setting up a new game server was really easy. I already had one I was self hosting, but decided to migrate. I had an issue migrating my saved data and their support got it fixed quickly. They were fast, friendly, and professional at all times.

Like I’ve always stated in the past, you guys are the best I’ve ever come across. You’re always there when we need help. There’s other host that it takes days or hours if they even answer you at all I’m very happy with the experience. I also had continuous Ddos attacks on my servers, GGHost immediately picked it up and secured my server.
Me and my community are enjoying a stable and lag free Rust server with them.
From experience i can say that in SA they are top class as a Host.

Great server infrastructure and open about the expected hardware. A bit more knowledge needed in configuring the server due to deeper access, but it also entails more freedom.

I'm coming from a hosting company that advertised 24/7 support, which may be true, but I was lucky to get responses within hours. The longest I had to wait was about 28 hours. I'm talking about normal hours, nothing in the middle of the night or different time zones. Also the server had lots of problems which were blamed on my internet connection, which is not true.

With GG host I have had 2 tickets and several Discord queries and all of them had reactions within a minute and was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The 2 tickets were both due to me creating errors in the file system due to inexperience on my side.

The hardware seems exactly as advertised, as I have zero of the issues that I experienced on my previous hosted server.

The staff are very friendly as well.
I really, really rate GG Host very high at this stage.

I've been using GGHost for my SCUM servers for years, and after trying almost every host, I can 100% say they're the best. Perhaps because of the included bot, the price is a bit higher than others, and it would be nice to have a better price by being able to exclude the bot service for those who don't need it. As for performance, I've never had any issues with LAG or DDOS attacks, and last but not least, the excellent support has always resolved issues, responding to tickets after just a few minutes of waiting.
