notice .
Great communication and he has been very transparent about how he conducts the business.
I am really impressed and so far everything is perfect with the pc .
Definitely recommend to everyone who wants a quality pc while being advised about it too.

I dealt with Rob and GG Machines for a business order recently. I usually don't write reviews but wanted to share the excellent experience we had with dealing with these guys. We had a really tight timeline and Rob went above and beyond for us. Absolutely fantastic to deal, great communication and all round a great customer experience. Robert was very helpful in building our PCs, had fast replies with availability on parts. Good prices as well. 10/10 would go back for our next PCs when we need to upgrade in the future. Can only recommend them.

The guys here were very helpful, I had a PC built by them , some of the parts I had already, the rest i got from them, any questions i had, they were more than welcome to answer , and the advice was very very helpful, can't recommend high enough, awesome service.

Bought a new arc A7750. The lads were brilliant. Turned out the reason the video card had died was the motherboard had failed and was burning the videocard out. They fault finded for me and helped me choose a motherboard and processor and also helped clean up my pc and case. Having the piece of mind that if something goes wrong they are just a phone call away. Everytime I called over the last while they picked up straight away.Even with all these services they supplied they still came in the same price as buying the videocard, motherboard and processor online. If you need a new build or new parts to upgrade a old pc. This is the spot to go.

I was looking for a gaming computer for my son and emailed GG machines to ask if we could pop in to see their computers. They responded immediately and told us we were welcome to call in and chat about what we required. Robert was really interested in listening to what our needs were and advised us on what exactly we needed. He was extremely patient with us as we were weighing up all our options. When we did finally reach out to Robert to build our PC for us he explained everything to us. He answered all our questions and even after taking PC home my son had issues with a game he downloaded which had nothing to do with the computer. Robert who has a genuine interest in gaming invited my son to come into his shop so he could help him adjust settings so he could play the game without a problem. He offered him so much advice and gave him points of contact should he need them going forward. The customer service from Robert is excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend GG machines. Robert goes above and beyond to help and advise and ensure the customer is happy.

It has great prices,services and at a very good cost

We were new to the gaming PC moving from console and Robert explain and give me the best build for my budget. Very quick build explained set up. Highly recommend this company for excellent customer service and great value for money.

Recently I bought an ultra-high-end gaming pc from GGmachines, the service i received was great, Robert knew his specs and recommend a great build for me. This is one of the few places in the country where you can get a Gaming PC without feeling you got cheated out of more money.

Hi,found GG machines online,was considering moving from consoles to PC. Absolutely exceptional service.
I was completely in the dark about this stuff and Robert explained everything in detail,step by step,with links and videos for all my enquiry's. He honored his quote completely,offered 1year solid free labor charge for any issues,I've since returned twice for upgrades and recieved the same time and courtesy as I did when I purchased.
From being an absolute novice at the start to going full on into the PC world of gaming and using the internet to research everything from prices to specs I can honestly say you won't get better value/price's or customer service than GG machines. Highly recommend,and I will return when needed without hesitation.

Absolute machines at what they do, just got my new pc a while ago and it runs like the wind. Amazing customer service with great recommendations and help to people who may not be as computer smart as most. Would highly recommend to everyone shopping for new parts or pcs.

I have ordered different parts for a computer slowly over the last month. Each and everytime there has been an issue with the orders they have got into contact to ask what I would like to do.

First one: The PC Case I chose was out of stock. Options were to wait 2 days for the same case or to select another with their help over the phone. I chose to wait and it came in a timely manner and they were so good.

Second one: I selected a motherboard they had just had a mass issue with and were in the process of taking it off the website. They asked me if I wanted to take the chance with it or get help to choose another one. I chose to get help to chose another. The original I payed 116 euros for without the shipping. The one they recommended was 145 without shipping. I told them I could not afford that in my budget. They upgraded me to that one without me paying the cost difference because of the issue with the other one. and I am/was a returning customer.

What I want to express is that their customer service is amazing and I will be a forever returning customer.

Robert is a wonder person, every easy to communicate with and kind.

I emailed the shop and asked for the price for a gaming computer with specific parts on it. A gentleman baked to me with a quotation. I found the price reasonable. A few more emails and two phone calls to ensure we are on the same page for the parts. One week later the computer was ready when I went to collect it was just as we wanted. I got all the boxes for pieces used in the computer—the machine has been working perfectly for a month now. When he heard my son is a professional gamer, the gentleman who owned the shop added a few bits of computer accessories to the order. I found him very professional, trustworthy and generous and honest. His vast knowledge of the gaming computer and his friendly approach made me write this review for the shop. It was a hassle-free deal, and I am happy to recommend them to any of my friends.

Genuinely the best customer service I've ever received.

I've purchased computer parts and pre-built PCs from German and UK based companies since 2014 and I'll be recommending GGMachines to everyone going forward.

The communication was top notch. Incredibly quick response times, very eager to help and build the right machine.

A few days after pickup, I had a slight issue with one of my components. This was sorted out ASAP. Robert works day and night and will move mountains to help his customers out and ensure they're happy with the end product.
