SCAM!!
I had deposited 100 USD and went up to 203$ to be exact. I attempted to withdraw, which I've done various times in the past. The platform all of the sudden didn't let me withdraw my money and SUDDENLY...they send me a notice saying that my account might have been hacked. Immediatly checked my account and the money was all gone. I am currently trying to fight it as it happened yesterday. They take 0 accountability and they said, and I quote 'Responsibility for account security ultimately rests with the account holder, and our actions are aligned with our security policies and terms of service, which apply equally to all players.' I have proof that I attempted to withdraw, which I've withdrawn much more in the past. It's not about the money, it's like 300 $ CAD, but it is about the principal. Never using their platform again, such a SCAM!

I won Monney. I try to transfert 2000$ they told me I can only transfer 1000$ in 72 hours so 3 day after I try to transferred $800 didn’t work, every time I wrote they tell me something else they need electric bill to check my identity so I sent them my electric bill with my name and address. Try again nothing! so I wrote to them many times and now they told me I have to check my policy and my policy is supposed to say 1000$ a month but this is wrong because the policy said that they are allowed to transfer €3000a month I’m asking for 800$more. so what I am trying to say is don’t play that website because they don’t want to pay you your winning.They want you to play the money that you won. This is so sad. I’m so mad. 😡 at lease poker stars they pay you when you win.

I get why this site has a one star rating. I contacted support as my account was suspended because I logged in with a new phone as I upgraded since the last time I logged in. No response. Explains why PokerStars is much better

Just like any other online poker room extremely rigged computerised crap like others have stated the buy in tournaments you don’t stand a chance will lose non stop for you to keep re buying in best thing you can do is self exclude yourself permanently that’s exactly what I did waste of space playing

It is terrible! Feels very fixed. Ridiculous things happen when playing. I had AA so many times and nearly always lose with an all in pre flop. They are cheats!

After registering and deposting cash, I played one tournament, didn't win anything and then was sent a message demanding my last 3 months bank statements. When I refused, they closed my account.

All of this was after id already submitted my driving licence and passport and utility bill.

Its easier to get into fort knox than this poker site.

Signed up 1 week ago, deposited every day. Played every day and/or at night. PLO, texas holdem, speed games, sit n go, tournaments - they are all the same.

Also - A matched 1st deposit? They drip your deposit $1 per day, if you are lucky. But this also only happens when you deposit and play more.
