I purchased a treasure hunt to add a bit of fun for a trip to London with my teenage daughter. We have tried other companies before but we found this hunt really frustrating. The start was OK, but once we got into the small back streets the clues and instructions became very vague eg turn left at the next crossroads was actually the 5th crossroad. We tried to get to the end but unfortunately we decided it was just starting to annoy us both , so we gave up. I don't think at this point in time that I would purchase another

This was the best date we have had so far! The clues were smart and we got stuck twice, once because of a fairground that had popped up - it was easy to continue. The whole day was well thought out and the 20% discount at the end was very needed because of the amount of walking! We have already started looking at doing other cities together. Honestly the best day!
The customer service was also fantastic - quick and friendly responses to emails. Absolutely brilliant.

Asked a question about which puzmat to go for as had previous bought one but couldnt remember which one. There reply was speedy with the answer as they had got my former order. Thank you hope our new puzmat will as much fun as the last one

It took us a long time but we would say that's a positive thing. Because we are in the easter break this game keeps our minds going while we are not at school.

Thoroughly enjoy this puzzle mat. Will be buying for lots of friends and family. Just the right level, not too easy or too hard. Good fun, different and good for team building.

Puzmat was an amazing family experience of puzzles. Played with 6 adults and had found the questions challenging but not impossible. Would definitely buy another one. Totally recommend.

Bought for a family experience (9 of us!) but very quickly all but 2 of us gave up.
Instructions not super clear, would have been nice to know what to look for to start each map. Had to look for hints multiple times.
Managed to finish the game but it was frustrating to say the least.
Would not recommend unfortunately.

Fun to do as a family. Enjoyed the variations in the puzzles. 2 teens and 2 adults spent 2 evenings completing it. We’d do another one.

Let me say that we were so hopeful to have fun trying a new game. From the start, the instructions weren’t clear and some of the grammar not correct, which made for a slightly more confusing time. While some of the individual puzzles were fun, I never thought a game could leave me feeling like I’d just put a piece of furniture together with my husband and daughter (if you’ve never done this before… don’t.). Key takeaways: at one point we had to take a break to talk about our feelings; we made it through the whole mat and were severely disappointed by the unnecessary “treasure”; we ended with a family hug and some much needed alone time to decompress. Save your money and instead get a game like The Initiative.

The Great Game was such a fun way to explore Bath and see the main sites. Will definitely look to do one in another city.

We had a great time going around Bath doing the treasure hunt. The clues were fun to work out and we saw a lot of interesting things whilst going around. It was good using a map and compass rather than an app on a mobile phone. The only slight downside was the map. The writing was very small and quite hard to read, especially when you don’t have the best eye sight! However, it not affect the whole experience and would highly recommend trying it!

Wow this Puzmat game was amazing! So cleverly put together and provided hours of entertainment. I will definitely be purchasing one for family friends.

Such good fun. A bunch of adults all giving it a good attempt with a few answers. We found the pink(last) section just a tad confusing but we got there in the end. Only thing we all agreed was great was the ending once we got the password. We maybe wanted a little fanfare on the page. Maybe a picture of the treasure we found or some scroll of knowledge with random words of wisdom 🤷🏼‍♀️😅 it definitely filled the time and gave a group of adults alot of entertainment 🙌🏼

Bought this game with limited knowledge of the product, will definitely be buying another one having done the first. Really clever game play, good fun in a group and challenging enough to keep you interested.

Good fun. This septuagenarian couple tackled the puzmat one section each day (to stop ourselves doing it all in one go!) The difficulty level meant it was challenging but one or other of us spotted the next step without ever getting totally stuck (so we never became frustrated with it) Will probably treat ourselves to the other two puzmats in due course.
