I dealt with these over ebay. I ordered some glasses which were green crystal.When they turned up they looked black. I emailed ggv and they telephoned very promptly. they talked me through how to check the model number. it was correct and my fault. if you hold them up to the light they become transparent. the chap i spoke to was friendly and polite. their prices are pretty reasonable. no complaints from me.

GGV EYEWEAR operates as a fraudulent website. Despite paying £120.00 for ADIDAS by ITALIA INDEPENDENT Sunglasses Shades on May 31, 2024, I never received the item after waiting for a month. Multiple attempts to contact them via email regarding the status of my order went unanswered. I strongly advise anyone considering purchases from GGV EYEWEAR to refrain from doing so, as they fail to respond once payment is made. I hope this message prevents others from falling victim to this scam, as I unfortunately did, losing £120 on an item that never arrived!

No customer support, no answering on e-mail. Don’t expect to return glasses that don't suit you. The service is zero.

I was searching for a specific Ted Baker frame. Model Vance. I own this frame, but it is broken. So i want to replace it.

The frame appeared out of production and very hard to find. I found it on the website of GGV Eyewear. But I could not find any shopping reviews. So I did not know what to expect.

Because I really wanted a new frame, I decided to order it. It was also a very good price.

Unfortunately the package was damaged when the frame arrived. When i opened the box, the Ted Baker case turned out to be cracked too. The frame itself was not broken, but rather bent. Although the frame possibly only requires re-alignment GGV Eyewear was willing to send me a new frame.

But I was unlucky because it was the last frame of this particular model. So GGV Eyewear could not send me a replacement. Therefore they refunded the frame to me.

What a service!
