Love the clothes but the Ghanda service is deplorable. I ordered 7 items, only 2 were supplied, although all were still showing as available on their website some 2 weeks later. Paying for express postage does not mean that you will be provided with express service. It took 2 weeks for items to arrive.
My advice is to plan well in advance if shopping online with Ghanda.

I can’t believe a company with such a well known name can completely drop the ball as bad as these guys. I first ordered back on the 11th of November there was no communication on my order so I emailed them I finally got an update on the 23rd of November that three of the six items had shipped then on the 25th of November I got an email that my order is delayed waited until the 2nd of December I get an email that my ordered had been canceled as there was no stock didn’t receive a refund just another voucher to reorder so I did just that on the 3rd of December mind you each time I went through this process I ordered different items well the same thing happens again I get the same email it’s delayed and then the 20th of Dec I get the email that it’s canceled due to stock again I get a voucher and I’m not going to let my money go so AGAIN I order on the 31st of Dec it’s now the 8th of jan I’ve got an email saying part of my order has been shipped so I assume it’s going to be the same issues as the first two times almost two months of trying to order from this company is a joke but the thing that really makes me angry is they never once changed their stock levels online even the sizes I ordered everything is still available and then they continue to advertise sales when they can’t even complete orders within two months

A very slow experience all around, slow in dispatching order. slow in responding to enquiries took three weeks for them to respond to my email to the support team plus one of the items looks like it’s just pulled off the road. Heavily marked with dirt. This is a fast fashion company with huge waste. Cant even imagine the emissions on the environment with slow delivery times. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this clothing company.

I ordered on 9 Dec and paid express to ensure the product arrived before Christmas. After one week without confirmation of the order or a proposed delivery timeline, I emailed customer service only to be advised the order was being processed.
There is no phone number on the website to contact them, so at week 3 I went into a store and was grudgingly given a phone number. I was told that my order was out for delivery …. Another week - No delivery.
Called again and was told it was definitely out for delivery. It arrived the next day.
Since when does express mean up to 3 weeks??? - No compensation was offered for the delay.
Will not order from them again.

I placed an order with Ghanda on 9 November 2025. On 20 November, I received a parcel addressed to me, but it contained none of the items I had ordered.
After significant back-and-forth, I was finally advised on 10 December that the items were out of stock—unsurprising, given Black Friday sales occurred after I had already responded with my preferred resolution (resend, voucher, or refund). This update only came after multiple follow-up emails due to a lack of response.
It has now been eight business days since I formally requested a refund, with no response or action taken. I am exhausted from having to chase this up and have been forced to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money.
Despite repeated automated emails promising responses within 1–4 business days, the customer service has been extremely poor. I will not shop with Ghanda again and am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability

I ordered Christmas gifts to send to New Zealand for kids in November 2025. Mid December I contacted Ghanda directly and was met with a bunch of excuses and a girl who couldn’t care less if my package still hadn’t been sent from the warehouse. No contact from them and when my parcel hadn’t arrived by Christmas I was pretty annoyed. It finally arrived after Christmas all too late. I will never order from them again and btw get rid of your delivery company.

This is such a shame to be reviewing such a low star. My kids love ghanda clothes but I have wait over 1 month now for my order. Took over 1 week to be picked up from courier only to take over 1 month and still no update on delivery. It's really disappointing it's all my daughter wanted for her birthday. My 1 start is for the instore location as I can't fault them.

I’m really disappointed in the quality and customer service from Ghanda. I’ve bought 6 shirts in the last few months and every single one has huge holes around the embroideries, I contacted their customer support to advise them of the poor quality and firstly they took forever to respond, and then said that they can’t submit a manufacturing claim for the items. They offered me a voucher which is valid for 2 days (expires 31/12/2025) and I have to spend a minimum of $30 to get the discount 😵💫 We have LIGHTLY worn these garments since spring and they’ve been washed in cold water and line dried as per wash instructions, they should be able to last more than 3 months, absolutely pathetic response and will not be purchasing any more clothes from ghanda if they don’t fix the quality of their clothing.

Their customer service is non-existent. Their website claims that items are posted within 1-5 days, yet it took them THREE WEEKS with no communication. I do not recommend ever buying from them.

We still haven't received an item purchased online in October and Ghanda sends generic email responses when following up. The company has basically stolen $40 from a teenager who just want to purchase something for a friend's birthday.

The most hopeless business as regards "customer" service. It does not exist.. Communication at best is AI generated. Generally you just get ignored. Ordered in good faith on 5th Dec 2025 to accord with their stated 12th Dec Xmas delivery timeframe. After copious calls and emails was despatched on 22nd December and familly missed out on Xmas presents. Result is "have a 20% voucher" for future on line purchases. Not happening. Excuses were "busy", "new ordering platform", trying hard" and "we are sorry".It is obvious there is a zero care factor in this business and good luck if you purchase on-line. This business has the classic arrangement of making their problem someone elses problem and don't give a rats

Ordered 1st of December and hadnt even dispatched until 21 December.
Got an email about halfway through that saying sorry for the delay, here's a discount to use until December 31 on another purchase.. why would I want to do another purchase when I haven't even received my first purchase?
Once my order shipped an item was then out of stock. (Gee go figure). instead of just refunding it, they have given me a credit and if I want a refund I have to ASK for it. Dodgy

Awful online service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered Christmas presents well in advance and paid express shipping just in case. 2 weeks later, no movement on my order so emailed them. No response until Christmas Eve when they told me my order was out of stock and gave me a voucher. I re ordered different items but it has now been a week and still no movement. I don’t know how a big company could get it so wrong. It is quite basic to mark an item out of stock and ship items quickly..every other company manages to do it

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They practice false, misleading and deceptive conduct. This contravenes both Dept of Fair Trading and ACCC Consumer Protection. They advertise items for sale but are unable to fulfill the order. I placed an order on 19/11 and was advised on 6/12, 2 1/2 weeks later that 2 of the items were not available. I immediately placed another order for 2 similar items, again the order was accepted then 1 week later told these items also not available. I then received an email offering either a credit (with a use by date of 6 months) or a refund. This email stated: ..”As we cannot send this to you we've issued you a Gift Card.
To apologise for the trouble, this Gift Card is the amount of your paid price plus a little extra.” . The total amounted to $50. As the items were Christmas gifts for my Grandchildren, I was totally disillusioned at this stage and requested a refund of the $50 ($26 that I had paid and the $24 additional offered I believed as compensation for my troubles and disappointment. I requested that the $50 offered be refunded to then be told the $50 ONLY applied if I reordered and spent this amount. NOWHERE in the email from Ghanda is this ‘disclaimer’ clause mentioned. I was advised by Chloe from Customer Service to take the matter further and go ahead and report to the relevant body after I said I would lodge a complaint with Dept Fair Trading. Ghanda employees have no idea of how to treat customers. Their customer service representative Stephanie also had previously deliberately disconnected our conversation when I was querying the delay in being advised of out of stock items. A ban was then placed on my number and I could not ring back.
I would strongly recommend purchasing from a reliable and professional company and avoiding Ghanda.

I placed a significant order for my kids Christmas present about three weeks out from Christmas, over a week later I received an email saying sorry for the delay, we’re still sorting your order, here’s a code for a 20% discount on you next purchase. I thought it was okay, it’s busy because it’s the Christmas period. Over another week later, on the Saturday night before Christmas on the Thursday, I received another email saying the following items are out of stock and here’s a gift card for the value of the items, it was my ENTIRE order, gifts for my three kids and four days before Christmas, UNBELIEVABLE! Couldn’t replace the gifts as I was out of time to source other options. I emailed them immediately and requested a refund, not a bloody gift card. Never shopping with Ghanda again.
