Larry was very informative and explained everything about the care being given to my father inlaw. More importantly he kept in touch and was always available to ansser any queries etc, the team, mainly Michael, Omar, also unice and the other carer. Michael and Omar were my Dad's main carers along with Eunce and another female carer. I can't thank you enough for the genuine love and care you gave him in his final weeks at home. You treated my Dad with dignity and respect while he deteriorated from Cancer. Thank you for everything 🙏❤️
My mum gets these carers 4 times a day. They always arrive really happy and smiling. They are very polite, very caring and very gentle with my mum who is under the palliative care team. They are always on time, laughing and joking. They seem like family to us, remembering everyone's names. I have had no issues whatsoever with these guys and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Its always been very easy to contact the supervisor and the manager if ever there is an issue.
This company currently sends carers 4x a day to look after my 78 year old EOL mum.
Carers are very polite & very gentle with my mum. They have provided excellent care including washing & blowing my mums hair after it hadn't been washed for seven weeks while she was in hospital!!!! This was a very emotional moment for my mum, to finally have clean & blown hair again. A big thank you to the excellent carer Bernice.
We have laughed & cried together with these carers. Not just personal care but very important mental health care. I highly recommend them.
