Back boiler replaced, extractor fans, trickle vents and loft insulation all completed within a week once grant approved :) All contractors dealt with have been polite and friendly. Happy with the quality of the work carried out. Thank you

ECO4 grant made it possible to replace 1984 boiler and removing the immersion copper tank. Added benefit of cavity wall , windows vents, loft insulation and extractor fans.
Without your support & reassurance that the scheme is genuine, I would probably still have the old 80’s immersion system costing more in energy.

Chris and the team have done an outstanding job, fitting a new central heating system, insulating the loft along with trickle vents and two extractor fans

The team turned up on time, they where all well mannered polite and installed within one day!

Really pleased, I would recommend to my family and friends

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who initially had quite a positive experience. They had the cavity wall installation replaced and trickle vents installed on the windows quickly and efficiently, with waste disposed of to a good standard. The initial email confirming this was on April 20th.

After this, my grandparents heaters were decommissioned and listed as non-compliant. Following this, they were informed they would be replaced with HHR Electric storage heaters. Today is September 2nd 2022 and there are still no heaters in their home, furthermore there has been a total lack of communication from GHP about what is going on and why they are heading into the colder months of the year without any source of heat. Attempts to contact their admin department or Chris, the Ops Manager, have been totally fruitless. As both my grandparents are vulnerable and my grandmother is registered disabled, you would have hoped that there would be some sense of urgency!

It could be there is a perfectly legitimate reason for the delay, but such is the level of obstinate stonewalling from GHP, I have no idea what this reason could be.

Hard workers but messy and damage 3 windows and inner blind track. when tiring to fit trickle vents and left holes in frames also left screws protruding as they hit the metal reinforcing.
And the best of all , one fitted to top rail CORRECT, two fitted to transom rail, NOT CORRECT, how many windows have trickle vents in middle of window
This was when removal and replacement of cavity wall insulation,
I did mention to Chris the incredible B*** S****** man and from then on no contact only bull, they where suppose to fit my C Heating but just muck me around.
Also when removing some pipe work there was still old stuff in wall and no bricks where remove at the back of house for hovering out the old stuff, i was told that it would be inspected 6 weeks later to make sure that all the old insulation was removed, SUPRISE no one turn up .
The best outcome was i got another firm to do my C Heating and they where very clean and in and out in a day, without having to clean up after them.
I see they only got 30 feedback or so, they are doing this 5 days a week all over the country, i can only assume IF YOU CANT SAY ANYTHING GOOD THEN DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.
SLOPPY FIRM AVOIDE, AND I STILL HAVE MY DAMAGE WIDOWS.

Brilliant communication from surveyor. Cavity wall insulation installed and has made significant difference immediately. Staff involved were polite, hard working and professional . Can’t thank you enough. Travelled to the West Country from The north and worked extremely hard to complete the job. Thank you

Fab job completed by GHPUK, all tradesmen/surveyors/office staff were polite and helpful. They completed my full central heating system and boiler in just one day and took away the storage heaters-not leaving any mess behind them. Communication was amazing, Chris and the team answered all queries I had before, during and after the installation promptly. Hugely recommending this professional company. Thanks again to the team!

I had wall and loft insulation. Also an upgrade from storage heating to a new gas central heating system. The work took a while because of Xmas. The team travelled from the North to the Midlands each time. They were professional, respectful and competent. All niggles were corrected. I would recommend this company. The only one thing is that perhaps communication could be better? Thanks to all the team.

Cannot fault this at all..Adam was amazing even helped sort out a slight complication swiftly. All trades people from the surveyor, cavity wall,boiler fitters and electrician were all respectful and polite. Communication was great throughout.

I would like to thank all the trades people that came from Ghpuk to do the installation of the cavity wall plus boiler and electrical work. as well. All was polite and did there work every good and all cleaned up after and Adam who put all this together great job Adam that you did a great company

The surveyor was very polite and helpful- Josh,Kyle and Carl (who installed the central heating), John the Electrician,and the man who did the loft insulation were All really hard working,Polite,Helpful, and cleaned up after themselves.What a Lovely Team you have-- I really did get First Class Treatment-Thank You All so very much, Pamela

I want to say thank you to Chris and his team for really helping me out with the grant. I recently purchased a property and he has gone above and beyond to make sure I have a stable and safe heating system in place. He reached out to me and made sure he could help in anyway possible for that I am grateful to him! Now my wife and kids won't be cold in the winter!!

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone,from ringing and speaking to Danny who was amazing and very helpful to the cadent team that fitted the gas to my house,to the surveyor that came and the lads that fitted the central heating which where very polite and tidy and fitted it in one day and to the gentleman that did the electric work.The service I received was 100% and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic, guys worked so hard to complete in one day.
John electrician came on Sunday, again what an absolute credit to the company.
Only down side guys really need to work on their singing voices 😉

The lads that came to fit the central heating were brillaint.  Steve in particular was brilliant and his pipe work is the cleanest my dad has seen. 

John the spark who came the next day was also fantastic.

The lads who came and fitted my central were amazing from start to finish.They were very polite and professional they kept me informed me all the way were exceptional there workmanship was amazing they cleaned up every bit of mess .They represented there company brilliantly Many thanks for a brilliant job !!!!!!

What can i say whats not already been said the process has been faultess the lads were effecient fully house done in 7 hrs cleaned up after themselves i would reccomend GHP to anybody thanks once again brilliant

Absolutely amazing company the process extremely pain less and the fitting team was absolutely brilliant lots of singing out of tune but just got on with job in hand I only had 2 wall heaters and a gas fire now I've got a nice toastie home would recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting Central heating greener home projects all the way and all for free yes free thanks greener home projects
