Couldn’t recommend enough!!!!! 💖

Ordered the italia dress in burgundy and as soon as it came i knew i was going to love everything else from gianelle, the dress would genuinely look good on anyone and you can tell its so well made, i even ordered it in espresso cause i know it will become a staple for summer for me, messaged them on instagram and they couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely, some of the nicest people you could come across, would recommend gianelle to everyone!!!! 💕💕💕

Terrible quality and customer service

Terrible quality bikini which was a totally different colour to the photo and awful customer service when trying to resolve. They refused to do anything, I then presented exchange as a possible solution, to which I was told I’d be sent the same item just in a different colour. I explained I didn’t want this and would like to receive store credit (so they would still keep my money) and after that I was ignored. I chased up three times and still had no reply. Avoid

I bought a piece from Gianelle as a gift for my girlfriend and it honestly exceeded my expectations. She absolutely loved it, and the quality was even better than I thought it would be. The fit was great and it looked exactly like the photos. You can tell a lot of care goes into their pieces. Definitely will be ordering again.

Would not waste your time....

Ordered an outifit that consisted of a bodysuit, sparkly skirt and tights. Unfortunately, the order arrived later than expected, so I didn’t even try anything on. All items, including the tights, were returned unworn and in original condition. The tights were completely sealed and unopened.

I was informed that tights are non-refundable, despite the fact that they were clearly unused. What I find confusing is that the company accepts bikini bottoms and swimwear for refunds as long as the hygiene label is intact—despite the fact that such labels can be removed and replaced—yet a factory-sealed, unopened pair of tights is not eligible for a refund.

The bodysuit and skirt were refunded, but for the tights I was issued a store credit instead. Since the item was accepted back by the company which voids their terms and conditions, I don’t understand why a refund to the original payment method could not be processed rather than forcing store credit.

I appreciate that this is a small business, but policies like this feel unfair to the customer and place all the risk on the buyer. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off shopping here again, and I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. I ordered a dress from this store in November and returned it back within the timeframe. Paid for postage myself only to be accused of sending it back with a ‘broken’ security tag. This item was returned in excellent condition, it was only tried on once. After back and forth emails I was offered a store credit which in my opinion is not a satisfactory resolution. Very poor given the company will re-sell the dress and attach a new security ribbon.

Quality of the clothing was great but…

Quality of the clothing was great but didn’t suit the stock. I received my order on 19/12/25 and emailed them to say that I was returning it and it was accepted. My order was refunded by credit note on the 7/01/26 which I am really disappointed with. I completely understand that returns are within 7 days however the post office was closed over Christmas / new year and it states specifically that it’s to be sent by post office. A bit of leeway over the Christmas period should be considered. Now stuck with a £102 credit note and don’t admire any other pieces.

AVOID!

AVOID!! I got two dresses for over £100 to try on after getting them back I was advised I can’t return and get a refund as an item was in the sale!! I was then advised to return and get credit I need to pay tracked and signed for postage which costed over £6 and the item was still returned to me, it’s a con. Not good quality either. Don’t waste your money!!

Favourite swimwear brand

I have been ordering from Gianelle for the last year and a half and it’s my go to swimwear brand! Such premium quality and perfect fits. I’ve ordered bikinis and cover ups to complete a whole outfit for my friends hen do last year and my hen do this year! It’s been my saviour brand! Couldn’t rate it higher!! You won’t be disappointed!!

No refund for returned order

I paid to return a parcel and did not receive a refund
Please do not order from Gianelle as they would refuse a refund if your parcel was not tracked and signed for. I still paid for delivery with tracking and it said it was delivered to the recipient but Gianelle are claiming they haven't received it, therefore they are not refunding me.

This is the last time I would order from this place - 10/10 do not recommend.

The girls at Gianelle are super friendly and helpful. My order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item didn’t fit me but the staff responded to my email fast and we arranged a return.
