be very careful this company feels illegal and untrustworthy. Their voicemail box is full. They don’t return any correspondence and it seems to be like a scam.

I ordered a Glammy sweatshirt. The design showed a sparkly design. I thought I had to have this sweatshirt. Once I received the sweatshirt I was immediately disappointed. The sweatshirt as you call it is not sweatshirt material. This was a stiff material. Not comfortable at all. The design was shown as being sparkly. It was a design that I could have made on my own. Very disappointed. You need to change your wording from sweatshirt to pull over. This was a waste of money. Buyer Beware if you think you are getting a sweatshirt.

This company was amazing to work with. The quality of the product was excellent. There was a mix up with my delivery and they quickly assisted in assuring i received my product.

I made a shipping address mistake. Customer service is wonderful. They responded quickly and have been eager to help me out. I can’t wait for the Father’s Day shirt to arrive for my husband! I would order from this company again.

Never received my order. Left numerous messages and voicemail. NO RESPONSE! Guess like everyone else I got scammed!

Got a response back promptly from this company on a chief complaint I had. Definitely gave clarification and noted that it was a technical problem that was out of their control, but I respect the honest response! Will definitely recommend them to others.

Ordered something weeks ago. Haven’t received it and no tracking information. I have emailed multiple times. Looks like everyone else is having a same problem. Is this a scam? It would be nice to have a reply or give me my $60 back. This is theft and will be reported to police. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I placed an order on Dec 2nd and paid for express shipping to ensure I had it for Christmas. I am still waiting for my sweatshirt. I have emailed twice and received no reply. Feels like I’ve been scammed. I guess we’ll see.

The item I ordered showed as a sparkly word “GiGi”. Paid a lot of money for it.
What did I get, an Iron on and a very thin sweatshirt. What a waste of money.

Edit: customer service is good. They did issue a new sweatshirt at no more cost to me.
The first sweatshirt had no glitter, looked nothing like what they sent. They replaced it with a shirt that has the glitter. The problem is they sent it in a vacuum sealed bag which caused the lettering to be crinkled.
I appreciate all they have done. Maybe if I hang it, the wrinkles will come out.

We love the shirt made for my husband! It had a slight problem with a seam at first, but they replaced it immediately. My hubby loved his birthday surprise!

This shirt is amazing quality! My dad loves anything that involves his grandkids and being a papa. His favorite gifts I’ve bought him have been papa shirts! I love that i was able to add each child’s name to this shirt and make it custom. He’s going to love this so much! It’s very soft and the shirt looks exactly like the photo. If you want a gift that will pull at the heartstrings, this is it! Shipping was also fast. Don’t wait, order it!!!
