I brought a t shirt as a Christmas present for my husband. When he tried it on it was too big.

I have attempted to contact giant wardrobe over 10 times, using email, Facebook chat and thier chat on the website on where to return the parcel too.

I acknowledge and understand I have to pay for the return shipping as this is outlined on their website.

I am disgusted in their lack of customer service.
It's not acceptable to just ignore your customers and not respond.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I was blocked for trying to exchange a shirt . I reached out 3 times on their email address and followed protocols to return my item and never got a response. After waiting one week I reached out on Facebook and was blocked .

So far the customer service with this company has been terrible . I received my order and the sizing is too large , so I contacted customer service about exchanging for a smaller size over a week ago and have not had a response. According to their website they only honor returns made within 15 days of delivery .
I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. Thankfully I was smart enough to just order one shirt so far
I had others in my cart but wanted to check the sizes . BUYER BEWARE
Bad customer service !!!

After all of that i went to their facebook page, to where they proceeded to block me. how are you people still in business??
