Great product BUT Slow and unresponsive Customer Service
I excitedly placed an order 11 days ago, waiting to receive the beautiful Bianco Latte (and some samples) - but instead was thrown into a delivery nightmare.
GLS - with whom GdT partners in the Netherlands - delivered my (140 euros) package to a random person at a random number. Despite calling several times for clarity the best I got was "neighbours" - so please also be warned of the lack of professionalism from their parcel partners.
I immediately contacted GdT customer service so they were made aware, but since 3 days ago I have not heard anything from them. I would assume such a case would take higher priority but I guess not - so be warned.
Probably not ordering anything again.

Unfortunately, during this period the carrier has been experiencing operational delays and limited tracking updates. This does not indicate that the parcel is lost, but that it is currently held at one of the sorting hubs.
We have already taken charge of the case and are actively following up with the carrier to obtain a clear update on the delivery status. Should the shipment not be released shortly, we will evaluate the best solution together with you.

Heavenly perfume from a wonderful Perfume House
