We beseften ons dat wij als mannen altijd op zoek zijn naar het allerbeste en dat we liever geen genoegen nemen met minder. Deze realisatie heeft geresulteerd in de oprichting van Giavalli. Bij Giavalli verkopen wij enkel en alleen producten die actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van het leven van mannen. Al onze producten zijn uitgebreid getest en goedgekeurd door mannen uit heel Europa.

I had a very disapp“Items not as described and refund not received”ointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this store.
The items I received were completely different from what was shown on the website (wrong colors and sizes). After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to a 50% refund.
However, even after confirming that the refund was “initiated” within 1–5 working days, I still have not received any money.
It feels like they are delaying the process and not taking responsibility. I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this website.
