Amazing service!!

Karen Paterson- Super GAP Sales woman.

I spoke with Karen Paterson. her non pressurised selling and attitude and clarity of getting the tailored package to the client has to be highly commended. During our conversation, she highlighted the importance of taking GAP insurance protection on my valuable car, which impressed me, and without hesitation, I decided to buy a three year comprehensive package. I feel much more at ease now that I am fully covered Karen, you are beyond any doubt a credit to your organisation. Thank you for selling me the protection.

I’m disgusted after coming off the…

I’m disgusted after coming off the phone with this company, the horrible scare tactics they use and the depression I feel after a call with them I’m annoyed the fact my finance company passed my information on to this company.

I had a good experience speaking with…

I had a good experience speaking with GID about GAP insurance for my car. The advisor was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain how the cover works, especially the potential shortfall with PCP finance.

Everything was explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision straight away. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood the benefits and options available.

Overall, a smooth and informative experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to understand GAP insurance better before deciding.
