I’ve been with Giffgaff since 2014.
I’ve always been more than happy with the service from the time I got my first SIM to changing to eSIM. The community has been very supportive when I’ve needed it. On the odd occasion I’ve required an agents help replies were within in 24hours max, usually much more quickly.
In short great service, great price. Highly recommended

Very easy to use. Renews each month can change plan or even leave whenever I want and for a good price

They're useless u can't talk to anybody if u have a problem they took my last tenner when I was trying buy a goody bag for 25 mins because I had to make q call as someone close was in the hospital now I literally have no phone to use for the month because they wudnt let me get a goody bag then xharged me for a call after I tries what the instructions on the page said multiple times I'm going back to smartie got until the 25th of next month now without data calls or messages thanks alot absolutely useless

I have been with Giffgaff now for over 7 years, I'd never heard of them before, but a young cousin of mine told me about them, and I have never looked back. The service has always been brilliant, I am now with them on Broadband too, which is also excellent, Thank you very much Giffgaff, I'm going nowhere.

I have been trying to top up my credit for over three weeks, still unable to do it. I will be moving to a different supplier.

Given relevant information. Choice of how many texts or rmaid. Value for money as no fee for calls in other European countries.

Excellent seamless EU coverage, some surprising gaps in rural UK areas where other providers seem to have good service. Good calling over WiFi.

Ordered a new sim for my son and giffgaff somehow transferred my number to it instead. Now I have no way of contacting them to fix it because my SIM is not working in my phone and my son has my number instead of his. What an absolute mess!!!

I have many issues with my phones over a year but the service from Giffgaff itself has been flawless and really value for money. Really appreciate their service and continued coverage. Thank you
