Scam Most likely

I bought a product they advertised and saw in the invoice that once you make a purchase you get charged almost 80€ for a "subscription" and it is a recurrent payment that you get every period.
I tried to cancel my subscription and only managed to downgrade it to a lesser amount. I got in touch, they say my account has been suspended but never got a confirmation email. I've checked my Spam folder and it's not there. It is too many coincidences, everything indicates it is a scam.

This is a scam

This is a scam. You will like see Instagram or Facebook ads promising free samples and you only need to pay the shpping cost. However, you will instead get a subscription and they will try to charge more money from your card.
