I wanted a really slim A4 box to put gift vouchers in for a friend. This pretty gold box was perfect.
It arrived flat packed, but was easy to assemble. An issue with delivery was dealt with promptly by Debs. Great company.

I ordered two bags/boxes for my wine bottles. A jute bag and a 6-bottle card box. The box was very well made, sturdy and nice quality stock. As well as being an incredibly reasonable price, it was delivered quickly and packaged flat to ensure it arrived without any damage. I will definitely buy from here again.

Got some really cute christmas wrapping paper from here.
It came packaged really well and looked just like the photo but I have to say..it is possibly THE thinnest paper I have ever bought in my life.
It ripped with every single item I tried to wrap. From boxes to cardigans.

Can't leave reviews on their site.

I absolutely love this store.

I've recently purchased some gift bags for my cousins wedding party and I stupidly didn't size up the items I wanted to put them on. So I sent them back last Wednesday.

Giftbagshop received them on friday.

I emailed Saturday just to enquire about the refund process. (They process refunds every monday)

I was emailed back within a couple of hours of opening on the Monday by Debs who was more than happy to help me with my query.

I received my refund a day later and placed a new order for bigger bags on Wednesday, They arrived Thursday the day after I ordered.

I will be back for more!!

Bought some satin wrapping paper from here, was such good quality and made the gifts look pristine. However, for the second time some products arrived ripped/broken. No customer service. Do not buy gift bags from here!

Ordered a large white gift box late one afternoon. Was dispatched within a few hours which I was impressed by. It then ended up being delivered by Royal Mail before lunch the next day. Box fab too. Great service.

I had doubts before ordering here as it didn't have a lot of reviews, but I'm really glad I did order at the end. Delivery is fast and packaging was nice and flat for easier transport. The box that I ordered was a "Personalised Hello Baby Blue Gift Box". As mentioned before, it came flat but putting it together was very easy. Very cute box! The message "Hello Baby" on top of the box is engraved and the personalised name inside is stickered. Perfect for unique baby gift boxes. Would totally buy again!

I had doubts because I haven't found any reviews about this store, but the products they offer are fantastic and some are unique, so I took a risk and... I DON'T REGRET IT, the shipping was fast (first class), the products arrived intact and they are great quality, I'll definitely buy there again! 😊👌
