I've made an order on 24th of December 2025. Everything went fine until I needed to contact the support for an invoice to be issued.
I had no response. The transfer was made via PayPal. " days ago on 5th of January I received an email that the order has been shipped- still no reply on the tickets. I'm starting to believe it's a scam.
Awful, this website is a scam. Do not order from them. I would not recommend using this website. I ordered a gift basket in December and the payment went through PayPal despite not choosing PayPal as the payment method. They attempted to ship the order to the wrong address, which I corrected, but after opening two support tickets I received no reply. I was then informed by email that the hamper had been delivered at 6am, yet nothing was delivered.
