The box was greatly, just as presented on the website. It arrived in good time and the client services team contacted me to ensure the delivery details were correct. Overall a very good experience.

Easy ordering process. Clear delivery date schedule options with expected delivery times. And a product that was delivered as the description promised it to look like.

Balloons were good. Delivery late in the day after the BD party not so good after I asked for earlier delivery. Remember this… to be sure order delivery a day ahead.

The basket looked beautiful but it was delivered two days late. I was not notified that the basket would be late. There was no apology or reason given for the order delay. I’m not sure I will reuse giftblooms.

Overall I had a good experience. My niece is studying abroad and I wanted to send her something for her birthday. The cost to purchase something in the US and ship it overseas was exorbitant. I was able to order a couple of things on giftblooms and ship them directly to my niece in Poland. The customer service people I dealt with to correct a phone number issue were friendly and professional. Both items were delivered as scheduled. Shipping cost for one of the items was a little expensive but I knew that going in because the website clearly showed all the shipping fees.

Easy to order, plenty of options to choose from. Delivery was good. Only issue is that one of the mylar balloons was droopy on the day it was received, must not have had enough air in it.

I was shocked at how easy and fast it was - which was much appreciated as I waited until the last minute to place to the order, hoping it wasn't too late for the recipient to get it delivered by the next day. It came by noon from a local flower shop. The process was great and I will use it again I'm sure.
