Good customer service

The staff member was extremely helpful getting me the best deal.

I didn't like the fact that online prices are different to in-store prices. That makes me think twice about buying from this company when I could just go elsewhere and look at products in-store.

I appreciate them because my click and collect product was unavailable and they send me through post without any delivery charges. Along with this I got some discount and I am really happy.
