I give GiftBox a BIG FAT ZERO

I give GiftBox a BIG FAT ZERO, from its customer service in store to online and the Head Office. After a same day delivery click and collect to the Torrensville store SA, to the Manager saying they called (no missed calls or messages left on mobile to call), to my same day delivery click and collect order being cancelled by the store manager and not being told to the receiving an APost email with tracking number to my house address (not reliavble) and not a PO Box. AVOID, AVOID buying anything from this pathetic store or company! STILL DONT HAVE MY SAME DAY ORDER WHICH I PAID FOR.

And it was damaged not by delivery but it had to been damaged when it was wrapped and packed from your end . I've tried to communicate with you and sent several Emails with NO response from yous at all . Very disappointed with your company 😕
