Wanted to buy a Gattling water gun that is advertised online as being $79.95. Went in to purchase it and was told it is only that price online, in store was more expensive but I could do a click and collect. So I did a click and collect order but that was cancelled as they could not supply. I THEN WENT TO THE VERY SAME SHOP location and purchase the item off the shelf for $99.95. I feel scammed.

Our online prices can differ from in-store pricing, and while we do offer Click & Collect as a way to access online pricing, it’s clear that in this case the process did not work as it should have. The cancellation of your Click & Collect order followed by the item being available on the shelf is not the experience we aim to provide.
