Not happy with service

I did not receive a email to say my order was ready. But did receive a phone call. The lady told me that the order was ready and they were having issues with their email.
So when I went to pick up my order I explained there was no email sent. The women that served made me feel very un comfortable. Even though I produced my licence. Not happy with the service. Made to feel that it was my fault there was no email 😕
This was Mandurah Forum store.

First time I have used giftbox the website is easy to get round, picking up at the shop was easy too and the shop staff were very helpful and friendly.
