Placed an online order for a whiskey station that stated the volume of glass to hold 380ml. Went and picked up the package and was given the wrong one. So went back to the store and picked up another one. Still not correct. The largest cup volume that was in stock was 300ml. The lady at the store was very apologetic about it and we both looked at the advertisement and it clearly statea 380ml volume whiskey cups. The store lady was just as confused because she looked through their inventory and they had no whiskey cups that could hold 380ml. I told the store worker this was not her fault and we both came to the conclusion that the advertisement had a typo error. Not happy about it but glad store worker had great customer service to make the the change in products less frustrating.
