Terrible experience…will never shop…

Terrible experience…will never shop with this company again!
Did an online order…selected that store I wanted to pick up from based on them showing that product was available…made journey to that store specifically to pick up order…was told order not there …stock was never there…would have to travel at least another 30 minutes to different store to pick up….CANCELLED MY ORDER
BAD SERVICE…NEVER AGAIN
