I can definitely recommend these! I purchased one in March and just got this second one. I take the chains off as that's not for me but they keep your water so cold. I put ice in mine in the mornings and it's still very cold at 3pm, even when it's a really hot day. I haven't used them for hot liquids yet but I imagine it would definitely keep it nice and warm for a long time. They aren't the easiest things to wash though. I ended up getting a bottle brush to clean the inside and just use a cloth to wipe the mouth piece.
