Lack of communication

My order was placed and paid on 27 February 2026. Sent a whattsapp message on 13 March 2026. No response!
Sent email on 18 March. Received an response in my spam folder the same day. I am Sorry for that. Please accept my apology. Apparently they emailed me on March 2nd , because they are out of stock and want to refund me. I did not received that email.

Received my goods

I received my goods in time and in good condition. They looked exactly like what I ordered
However there was no clear tracking system and communication from the other end is slow

Not paying back my refund

Long story short they haven't delivered what I've ordered after I have confirmed stock. My husband took the bags back the next day. They said they are going to refund me as soon as their supplier refunded them. The supplier confirmed with me that the refund was done. After numerous calls and emails they said they haven't got enough money to pay me back and waiting for money to come in and now it is almost a month later and still waiting. I will never order from them again and I am not sure if I will ever see my money.

Not delivered on time

Products were ordered ahead of time, follow up with company to hear if the products were dispatched, they said it should arrive the next day, but it didn’t. Followed up again and confirmed that it hadn’t been dispatched, needed the products next day. Told the package had been prioritised to be delivered the next morning on the day I needed them. Still waiting to receive them. Poor communication

Excellent service.

Excellent service.. went above and beyond.
Needed urgent corporate gifts and they sourced and branded all in one day.. he delivered it to me after hours .. amazing no other printing shop was able to help but gifts and brands did..

I am still waiting for a reply on when…

I am still waiting for a reply on when I can collect.

I phoned to query and was told they just want to check and will get back to me.

It is 2 days later, and still no feedback. They are also not replying to my emails.

Is my order too small, that I don't deserve answers???

Communication on the progress of the order and confirmation on when delivery will be. I am still awaiting my parcel and have not received a response on my mail sent 4 days ago.
