The overall process seem to take a long time before getting the electronic gift card. Other sites were considerably faster at approving and providing the electronic information of the gift card.

I was disappointed as the gift card didn't work when we got to the store and I had already picked out the merchandise. I Lost the discount by having to pay cash then had to apply for a refund. Waiting to get it back. Hassle.

have bought several hundred dollar$ of cards. first, i bought them here b/c the discount was the best. i shop around between at least 7 sites before i purchase an actual card and it is based on the discount. second, the cards have all been delivered quickly (from 20 minutes, to a little less than a day), and they were all reliable and good.

i have no hesitation to buy here -- legit site, fast service, reliable cards. as long as they maintain the best discounts, i will buy here easily and often. ;-)

Horrible service altogether. Nothing good/positive about my unfortunate experience with this site. Almost impossible to get through to someone over the phone and email reply is next to non-existent. When you do get someone on the phone, they will put you on hold then simply drop the call. Or sometimes you will be told that your order will be processed in 24hrs but in reality gets canceled which ends up being a huge waste of time.

Both orders of mine got canceled for no reason even after doing a 3-way phone verification with bank to verify purchase.

Horrible, do not waste your time. Go to retailmenot instead.

I wanted to make a fairly large best buy purchase and save as much as possible, so it was only a small percentage, but worth the ecards.

I purchased an e gift card, after a few days of not receiving anything, I had to call them a few times. Each time they would lie to me and say I would have it within a few hours. After another day of not receiving anything they just canceled my order all together. A complete waste of my time dealing with them.

I had a great experience here. Everything went smoothly and my cad was delivered electronically. I was notified when the card was ready which was within 24 hours. I would use this company again and would also recommend them.
