Transaction declined
I was planning to get some gift cards as there was 12% bonus promotion.
However I wasn't able to complete the transaction in the website and tried all my bank cards.
I reported this to Customer Services but have not heard back after waiting for 5 days. The 12% bonus is now gone.
Gift Card Store NEEDS to look into the transaction failuresssssss as I am not the only one encountered this problem.

Poor customer service if needed
I purchased what I thought was physical gift cards but in error purchased e-gift cards . Sent email asking to exchange but no reply received . Phoned customer services very difficult call as rep appeared not to be able to grasp what I was asking . Eventually agreed option to cancel order and reorder however to date this has not happened and my query showing as “ new “ with no progress .
Update 29th nov - I received on 21st nov advising following this review this was being looked at and I would receive a reply in 1-3 days . I still waiting on that reply !

Be careful if purchasing One4All gift cards
I purchased a One4All gift card to avail of the 12% bonus offer on these cards.
I really wish I hadn't bothered now.
These are not really gift cards, they're prepaid debit cards. You can't use them for part purchase like normal gift cards, the total amount has to be less than or equal to the value on the One4All card.
Also, many of the participating retailers listed do not accept them on their websites only in store and then you have to remember how much is on the card so it's not more than the purchase amount.
Such a hassle.
Finally, for the privilege of having one of these cards, One4All charge a 90p fee per month if there's still any balance on the card after 18 months! And because of the crazy set up of these cards it's pretty inevitable that there will be some balance on the card. That's outrageous. This area seems to be completely unregulated. Caveat emptor!!
So no real problems with Gift Card Store, but will not buy from them again. I don't really see the point of them. Will just buy proper gift cards from the stores themselves in future.

My order was processed and money taken…
My order was processed and money taken from my bank but after 11 days I had not received the giftcards and had to contact them. They had no explanation to what happened except an error with them and was given a refund. So would not recommend using them. Terrible customer service

Transaction declined every time
The site is having trouble and there is no support available.
Have ordered initially and it worked well, however now every time they don't allow you to order anything and giving the error with transaction declined, use another card. Why can't you state the exact reason as there is no problem with the payment account.
